I'M SO HAPPY that I spent my money on this product that was not only packaged poorly but also didn't work (at all). I thought I was getting an authentic Microsoft controller but I was sadly mistaken. After I opened the dented box and removed the controller from the paper thin bubble wrap, that someone clearly was in a hurry to put on, I thought I'd make sure it worked. (Spoiler alert, it didn't). I then figured "oh it must just need to be charged. Surely this refutable business wouldn't ship an already damaged (scratched) product AND not make sure it works first." After charging it, the controller wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and turned it on and it lit up! Wonderful! Once unplugged it worked for a few minutes and started blinking. I thought I'd give it another try so I turned it off and attempted to turn it back on. You'll never guess what happened... If you've made it this far, don't buy from this seller. I don't even have a witty remark about it. Just don't.

Thought I was getting new but believe it's reconditioned. Came from Amazon, not in manufacturing package but in plain cardboard box with no operating or warranty information. After an hour of use experiencing heavy stick drift and bumper sticking. Past return date so stuck with it it's sitting on shelf gathering dust. Oh , tried all fixes I could find on line even used recalibration tool on xbox, no joy.

It came in its own box guessing it was pre owned at some point but works perfectly. If you have everything you need/want for an elite controller then this is a nice cheaper alternative but if you want the whole package that comes with the cable get from the actual Xbox shop

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased this controller in Feb of this year I sent the first one back because the left thumb stick was really stiff and getting stuck they sent a replacement which was fine but now I’m having the same issue and the return window is closed I would’ve just saved myself money and the headache if I had purchased it new 😭

Amazing Elite Controller feels great to use comfortable and comes with paddles triggers. My first one came with a broken headset jack, but I received a New one in 2 days with prime the works perfectly fine. 10/10 will buy again.

I played one game after mapping controls and the left stick is stucking and popping when moving it. No smooth rotation! It aint suppose to stay in place
