The idea of a slimmer, long, flexible arm is great, but the execution here isn’t. The balls just don’t have any hold even with a good bit of torque. They need to rework the joint or at least add deeper grooves on the ball so it would grip more. Used it in multiple locations now and so far it’s been doing everything I need it to, easy to move around or adjust height and the base desk attachment part is very easy to use even in tight corners or spaces
