I have the Elgato Wave Mic Arm LP, and needed a bit more length. There are extensions that attach to a standard mic mount, but decided on using these. It connects to the end of the mic arm and gives me just the right extension for my microphone. Just wish they had these in white.

I originally had the wall mount only and while it has some adjustment, adding this 2 piece arm allows for much more! It's simple and easy to use, and when you tighten it down it does not move. Highly recommend

Adds about a foot of length and two joints to the desk mount. Perfect for getting my camera to just the right angle. I haven't tested the strength of the joints, but they lock down very easily and don't move.

These are exactly what they say they are and provide that little bit of movement you need for smaller adjustments. I do warn you though, something as heavy as a key light may not be well supported at right angles.
