I got this on sale for $50 and, after a few months of use, I would say it was a decent, but not great, deal. The four carabiner clips are good quality and I needed them because my home gym came with only two. Also, these are the auto-locking spring-type which is much more convenient than non-auto locking screw-type. The "Straight Bar" and the "V-Handle" are both very good -- very solid material, very good grips, and I have had no problems at all. The "V-Shaped Bar" is pretty good but it would have been better if the two flat knobs were a little larger in diameter. I don't use the "Tricep Rope" at all. I find it very uncomfortable to use because the knobs are too small (even though my hands are not that big). The "Ankle Straps" are much too big. These straps can fit around the thighs for some people. I do use them regularly, but they are loose fitting even when wrapping them as tight as possible. The worst items, by far, are the two "Resistance Band Handles." There are two plastic pieces that fit into the ends of each cylindrical tube handle. Within a matter of a couple of weeks or so, these plastic pieces broke and come out of the cylindrical tubes. If not for the poor quality of these handles, I would have given a 4-star rating. If resistance band handles are very important to you, I would not buy this set.

Everything is as expected the ankle straps though are way too big and slide up and down they shouldn’t be too big but besides that the set is pretty good

Solid bundle for the price. I just wish the T-bar didn’t have a bump in the center for when you use it on a barbell for rows, it just sits off centered.
