    • Nice compact traveling Electric wheelchair
I bought this wheelchair for my mother who has trouble walking for a long distance. It is nice and compact. Not too heavy to fold and lift into a car. Has a bag behind seat to store things. Has a seat belt for safety. It can be used as a manual wheelchair when the power is turned off. The cushion is comfortable. The cons are it’s a bit slow. Person needs to be lightweight ( less than 200 lbs). It has small wheels so uneven sidewalks might be a problem. I think this wheelchair is best on a smooth flat surface like indoors in a museum, not much incline. It lacks power to go up steep inclines. I haven’t been able to test the range of the chair because my mom doesn’t go very far with it. All in all I think this is a good wheelchair for smooth flat short distances. If you travel a lot it is ideal. Great for going on cruise ships. ... show more

I think the chair is perfect in every way for my needs except it doesn’t run on carpet it doesn’t respond to the joystick won’t even go over the hump between carpet and linoleum no power at all has the means of being a great chair except they need to put a motor on it that will move the chair. The charger they sent with it states that it should be either in red or green showing the charging rate becomes up orange and stays there not sure if it’s charging or not.I was lied to by company on shipping stated it was shipped on the 14th gave me a tracking number that didn’t work after I started complaining they shipped it four days later and finally got the right tracking number it came to be in a box it was totally destroyed , parts of it looked as if the Chair was used way over priced this chair should sell for about $150. You lose to much on shipping to return Just a lesson learned. ... show more

    • SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT!!
This is an amazing product. You will never regret buying this. Small enough to fit through standard doors and hallways. Folds down so easy so it can be stowed in the trunk of your car. This will give feet to those who have trouble getting around. The joystick makes it so easy for the person to move around. EASY to assemble. We've been using it for a senior who loves it!     • If unhappy shipping return fee is expensive!
The chair itself is lightweight and very easy to fold. The drawback was the seat was little taller than expected making it impossible to fit under the dining room table and the foot rest is more elevated than other wheelchairs lifting your legs slightly up and the foot rest was also angled awkwardly. So rather than have your feet at a 90° angle they were turned upwards in an unnatural position in my opinion. Had to return but the seller does not give you a prepaid return label! COST WAS $150 TO RETURN via Fedex which is how they ship to you. Take that into account. ... show more

    • Great chair, company easy to work with
We bought the elenker electric wheelchair for my 89 year old mother, she had fractured her femur and was having a hard time getting around. When the chair came we had a problem with the wire that goes to the charger, so it was not charging and the wire had gotten stuck when it was folded for transport and the wire was cut. We wanted to return the product, however we really liked the way it looked and feel of it. We were able to contact the company and they sent us a new part and it was super easy to fix and the chair is working really great! She is really happy with it. This is very unique, well made and operates nicely. The manual did not explain how to charge it , but the 800 # had the answer. There is NO WARRANTY listed and the email I sent asking about it, has not replied and that has been 3-4 days since i sent it

Well, they promised lightweight and they delivered. I can lift the entire thing, batteries and all, with one hand. (You have no idea how much of a blessing that is. My Dad has various wheelchairs (most are falling apart and heavy) and this one is just incredible.) Charging it is no problem, it's a simple laptop-like power brick with an XLR adapter on the end allowing it to plug into the chair's controller to provide charging. Charges pretty quick, too. On the other hand, it's very uncomfortable to sit in, and if you're lightweight like my Father is, it feels like riding a horse that's about to buck you. Terrified him going over door thresholds, (thankfully, the anti-tippers did their job, but they might need to be a tad lower to catch sooner...) driving through bumpy parking lots (tends to thrash him around a bit) and he's worried he's going to come tumbling out of it. (Will he? I doubt it, but put yourself in his shoes, wouldn't you be scared?) Another thing, screws/bolts seem to come loose with use... Easy to fix, but odd. The tires are more Spring/Summer/Fall fodder,I wouldn't say they're Winter-ready by any means. I'm not even sure the chair itself is rated for Wintery weather, but we'll find out, I guess. I hope it keeps working for my Father, it gives him access he didn't have before and it doesn't destroy my back trying to move the chair in and out of the car. The price is now higher than what he paid, at the current asking price, it's too much. The original price paid (also had an Amazon digital gift card) is more reasonable. It's great for kids, young adults, and small-framed adults, and it does what it says (light and portable) and with practice, could become a daily driver for everything. ... show more
