The reason why I am giving this product 4 stars out of 5 is that it does not have different speeds. It uses such force sometimes that your drink can spill out of the cup if not careful. Your drink has to be halfway in the cup for it not to spill out. The blending power is powerful. It is extremely easy to use, you just load the 2 AA batteries (included). Well it finally happened it stopped working, i absolutely love this frothier but when I end t to go change the batteries the top one seemed loose and eight she bottoms one I had to pry it out with a screwdriver.
