This started out as a beautiful table, but after one day of rain, the finish is pretty much nothing but micro-cracks. It comes with a cover, but living in Arizona, we rarely see rain and don’t want to stare at a canvas cover all day so we leave it open and try to use the cover for major storms that we know are coming. Also, when the pan fills with water, you will end up with clogs in your burner tube connections that will trip the gas safety nonstop and render your table useless until it completely dries out. It seems like it should be easy to disassemble the pan and remove it for cleaning, but the screws have nut/washers on the underside - so good luck fastening a screw assembly from the top and bottom to something that weighs 200 lbs. One other complete oversight that we’ve just decided to live with is that a natural gas fire pit should have a hidden hose connection and not a side mounted connection. Most people installing an NG fire pit have a gas stub-up that the table sits over so that the stub is hidden. This table has a side mounted hose that has to be turned back under the side of the table to make the attachment. Why would you design it this way? Why not have the connection on the inside and a small hose notch on the side as an option for those who may not have a gas stub? We now have a looped hose hanging off the side of the table. The day I got this table up and installed, I would have given this 4 stars because it was beautiful when I dumped in the aqua fire stones (bought separately, this table comes with ugly lava rock). Now, after experiencing a number of nuisances, I’m questioning the quality of this table and it upsets me to remember how much I paid for average quality. You can find similar quality for way less. If you live somewhere where it never rains like me, it’s a serviceable table, but we will see for how long. If you live anywhere else, you’ll need to keep it covered it’s entire life to keep it from being destroyed. Enjoy staring at your canvas covered $2,000 box every day!

The flames for this fire pit are almost completely invisible during the day. At night, the flame barely eclipses the lava rock and is only visible because of the absence of light. One of the main reasons for owning a fire pit is for the aesthetic draw. I wish I had done something completely different. In addition, the fire pit arrived slightly damaged and the seller has yet to respond to the claim.

We love love love our fire pit!! We got it right before winter so we are just now getting to use it and we have used it everyday since! Great product and great customer service too!! We bought the blue fire crystal for it instead of using the rocks it comes with. It gives off a lot of heat and is easy to move around. It’s modern and so far everyone that has come over to see it loves it too!

Exactly as described. Hooked up to house gas works perfect. We had a professional hook up to our house has and it connected perfectly. No gas hoses etc. just direct connection to our new gas line. Would suggest this is a good product and value
