This is great filament. No issues at all. Stays dry if you keep it stored properly. Prints perfect. The white is a bright white. I've had other whites that are not as bright. I like that the spool holes are the right size and you dont need adapters.

Update 2: The rest of the spool didn't tangle anymore. Elegoo also got ahold of me and took care of the messed up spool. So far it isn't tangling. I've also used quite a bit of the white one and it was tangle free and printed the same as my previous spools which I was already impressed with. Update: about 60% through my third black spool, my printer stopped 3 times due to tangles in the spool. I haven't checked out the white roll yet but hope that it doesn't tangle like the last roll. I've never experienced a tangles spool in my years of printing so I'm a bit disappointed. Previous feedback: I've used 2 full spools of black PLA + filament after getting back to printing after a few years off. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected the price of filament to raise as everything else have but this was approximately 36% cheaper than I paid for filament a few years ago. layer adhesion was good and it stood up to my printer speed. I bought this PLA for my first 3D printer, and the PLA works perfectly and as intended. It came in a vacuum-sealed bag, no factory fumes, so no need to worry. The PLA likes to heat up around 205 degrees, and it has very good adhesion to the bed plate. I love the solid black and the white colors. I like it when you hold it up to sunlight on your print; it isn't fully transparent, but you can see the infill designs, which is pretty cool. works well when I print mulit colored objects and is very durable and strong. ... show more

I got a two-pack of black and white filaments. The initial prints failed, with build-up near at the nozzle and the first layers not sticking to the bed. Then I noticed the print temps mentioned on the rolls and I changed my settings accordingly. Finally got it working with a nozzle temp of 215C and bed temp of 60C, but I still notice that adhesion is dependent on having a very clean bed, which was not the case with the filaments I've used in the past. Any presence of grease or oils on the bed can cause issues with adhesion, so make sure you wipe off the surface with iso-propyle+water before prints. One of the rolls seemed defective because it refused to print properly even after changing the settings (the other was working fine). Customer support was very quick to answer and helpful with sending a replacement! Would recommend! ... show more

[Update: I just discovered that if you tear the cardboard sides/wheels off individually, you can mount the central spindle inside a Bambu reusable filament spool. This is perfect for using in Bambu's AMS. Like many of the reviews here, I had issues with stringiness and had some issues with adhesion. The stringiness got solved when I came here and read some reviews. It turns out this PLA prefers a nozzle temp of around 192° (oddly specific, but I used it and it worked.). I didn’t find a bed temp that would fix the adhesion, so I just got used to using my glue stick with each print cycle. On the positive side, the price is much better than the stuff I had been using. Is that price difference with the extra two steps of gluing and cleanup? Maybe? Kinda? I won’t say I wouldn’t buy it again, but there are some other brands at around the same price point I will try first and see if they require fewer intermediary steps. ... show more
