I bought this PLA for my first 3D printer, and the PLA works perfectly and as intended. It came in a vacuum-sealed bag, no factory fumes, so no need to worry. The PLA likes to heat up around 205 degrees, and it has very good adhesion to the bed plate. I love the solid black and the white colors. I like it when you hold it up to sunlight on your print; it isn't fully transparent, but you can see the infill designs, which is pretty cool. works well when I print mulit colored objects and is very durable and strong. ... show more

I got a two-pack of black and white filaments. The initial prints failed, with build-up near at the nozzle and the first layers not sticking to the bed. Then I noticed the print temps mentioned on the rolls and I changed my settings accordingly. Finally got it working with a nozzle temp of 215C and bed temp of 60C, but I still notice that adhesion is dependent on having a very clean bed, which was not the case with the filaments I've used in the past. Any presence of grease or oils on the bed can cause issues with adhesion, so make sure you wipe off the surface with iso-propyle+water before prints. One of the rolls seemed defective because it refused to print properly even after changing the settings (the other was working fine). Customer support was very quick to answer and helpful with sending a replacement! Would recommend! ... show more

The print quality and strength are excellent. I like the cardboard spools with the amount gauge window. One spool of several had repeated bad tangles. I had to constantly monitor the printer to prevent seizing. The spool came warped, but I don't know if that was the cause. There is no excuse for tangled rolls, and if the cardboard spool is the cause, then they really need to take measures to prevent warping. ... show more

It's just good consistent Matte PLA+. Nothing fancy, no sparkling colors, no frills, but what it has is consistency that lets me get accurate sizes every time. It's also durable and less prone to cracking than regular PLA. Be sure to turn the heat up a little over regular PLA as well. I'm printing at 220 nozzle and 60 bed and that seems to give me perfect results. It's not even expensive so don't waste your money trying to save a couple dollars on cheaper stuff. ... show more

It’s fine PLA. But it does not say PLA plus. As far as I can tell this is just regular PLA. At least that is what I received. There is no way to get a partial refund for not getting the advertised item, but it does look like their pictures. Still prints well. But is it Plus or regular PLA?
