Listen, I’ve tried a lot of filaments in my time — some spaghetti more brittle than a soap bubble, some tangles that could qualify as a nautical disaster — but this? This ELEGOO PLA+ is the filament equivalent of slipping into a perfectly tailored tuxedo while riding a hoverboard into the future. It feeds smoother than a buttered otter sliding down a water slide. No tangles. No clogs. No bubbling up like it’s trying to boil pasta in my hotend. Just pure, consistent magic. My printer eats this stuff like it’s candy and spits out prints so clean, so strong, and so beautifully gray I half expect them to start giving motivational TED Talks on their own. I swear this filament has improved my prints, my mood, and possibly my credit score. If you’re tired of playing “Will it print or will it spaghetti?” — just buy this. ELEGOO PLA+ is my ride-or-die.

This is a great filament for 3D filament printers. We have a Creality K1SE printer and this works beautifully in it. It doesn't clog the machine and it heats up/adheres to itself very well. None of the items we have printed seem fragile or like they will break apart with this filament. The color is consistent through out and we haven't had any random breakage from the spool. We were able to print several dozen dollhouse pieces from one roll so it's well worth the money. I definitely recommend this filament.

Overall, Printed really well, only issue is it seemed to be a little more fragile and less rigid than Elegoo’s Black PLA+ Ease of use: Easy to set up, worked at the same temps as the regular filament Filament quality: Quality was good just a little less rigid than others Value for money: Good value, doing hurt the pockets too bad for special buys Color: Color stayed consistent and looked very good, it is slight transparent though

I test every filament against the default preloaded “speed benchy” on my QIDI Q1 Pro printer. This filament printed flawlessly at the high speed. No tweaks, no adjustments. I just had to recreate the filament and process profiles to match the preloaded benchy. This is my new go-to everyday black PLA, there’s no reason to try any others.
