My house has a boho theme and this color blended very well with the current decor. We printed with it on our Bambu Lab printer, and it performed great right out of the package. No stringing, clogs, or feeding issues. We used it to print several detailed picture frames, and every print came out clean with excellent detail and a smooth finish. So far, it's also very durable. I've dropped my frames so many times, worried that the frame was going to break, but it is still strong! The value is excellent for the price. After printing four detail-heavy frames, I still have plenty of filament left on the spool. If you're looking for a beautiful metallic brown filament for home decor projects, wall art, or decorative prints, I highly recommend this one.

I am very impressed with this ELEGOO PLA filament! The purple color is vibrant and looks even better in person. Every print has come out with a smooth finish and consistent color from start to finish. The filament feeds smoothly without tangling or clogging, and the dimensional accuracy is excellent. I had no issues with bed adhesion or layer consistency, and it printed flawlessly on my FDM printer right out of the package. The spool was neatly wound, which made printing worry-free, even on longer projects. For the quality and price, this filament is an outstanding value. If you’re looking for a reliable PLA filament with beautiful color, consistent performance, and great print results, I highly recommend the ELEGOO Purple PLA. I’ll definitely be buying more colors!

I purchased this brown PLA filament to print a custom kitchen drawer organizer, and it worked out perfectly. The color has a nice wood-like appearance, which blended in much better than a brighter color would have. The filament printed cleanly and consistently without giving me any problems. The finished organizer fit my drawer exactly, allowing me to make use of every bit of available space instead of settling for an off-the-shelf organizer that wasted space. If you're looking for a brown PLA filament for functional prints or projects where you want a more natural-looking finish, I'd definitely recommend this one.

While ordering filament I noticed that the seller had a returned set of 4 reels for a few dollars less so I ordered it to save a few bucks. 2 reels were unsealed but if any filament was used, it was unnoticeable. Printed several projects with one of the open reels and there were no printing problems. This brand seems to be a quality product. Would buy the brand and from the seller again.

UPDATED on 5/31/2026 After leaving this review the company reached out to me to get more information on the filament and its poorly wound reels. After sending them photos and explaining the issue, they apologized and made the issue right. The new spools are not experiencing the issue, so I'm hoping they have done some quality control and corrected this issue going forward. Will purchase the filament again. ------------------------------------- Original Review: Does this print good? - Yes. Is it cheap? - Yes. When its not snagging and is feeding correctly, the prints come out good, especially for being a cheaper filament. That's about where it ends. I was 12 hours into a 18 hour print when the spool (That is HORRIBLY wound, and NOT tangle-free) got jammed up on itself. It caused my entire print to have to be scrapped but also caused my (Non-Auto leveling printer) Z axis to get completely out of align because the tension was so tight because the filament just kept being pulled, it continued to try to print so there was about a 4" gap where it ended and where it was still trying to print. So not only do I need to start this print over, I wasted 12 hours worth of filament, AND spent the last hour re-leveling my bed from the point as if it was a brand new machine. I have one more spool of this, and I will never buy it again. I bought 2 of these (So 4 spools) and every single one of them were poorly wound however they usually corrected themselves. This one was the worst of them all and did not correct itself.

As someone who does a lot of large-scale 3D printing, finding a filament that is both reliable and economically viable can be a real challenge. When you're running 24+ hour prints that chew through material, the last thing you want is a mid-print failure due to poor winding or inconsistent diameters. This PLA has completely exceeded my expectations. Consistency & Quality: The dimensional accuracy is spot-on. I ran this through a high-flow nozzle on my large-format printer, and the extrusion was incredibly uniform. No clogs, no under-extrusion, and the layer lines are beautifully consistent. Winding: For large prints, a snag on the spool is a death sentence for your project. The winding on these spools is exceptionally neat. It unspooled smoothly from start to finish without a single crossover or tangle. Bed Adhesion & Warping: Large prints are notorious for lifting at the corners due to thermal stress. I printed a massive mechanical assembly with a massive footprint, and it stayed locked to the PEI sheet with zero warping, yet released cleanly once the bed cooled down. Strength & Finish: The structural integrity of the final piece is excellent, with great inter-layer bonding. The surface finish has a clean, uniform look that requires minimal post-processing. If you’re a veteran printer running big machines and looking for a reliable, bulk-friendly PLA that won't let you down on long runs, this is an absolute workhorse. Will definitely be keeping this stocked in my workshop. Highly recommended!
