I opened the sealed white filament today to do some 3d printing, it comes in a 4 KG pack black white red and blue. I attempted 5 prints and only one came out alright, not perfect but acceptable. Looking at the roll of filament right out of the box I was not impressed the way it was rolled on the spool it looked like a tangled mess so I kept a close watch over the printing process. The other 4, I had issues with stringing and poor bed adhesion so I had to stop the prints all 4 were failures. I’ve been printing with Creality’s pla and have not had any issues whatsoever. I adjusted the nozzle temperature from 200 to 195 and minimized the stringing but was still present. As far as the bed adhesion goes I clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol after every print to keep it as clean as possible, as I said earlier I’ve had no issues with Creality’s filament. Pretty disappointing to say the least, don’t think I could recommend this product to anyone with a clear conscious, I think it’s that bad. Reading the other reviews I see that others have had similar issues with this brand of filament, wish I would have read them before purchasing could have saved myself the headaches. Edit I had sent this filament back to Amazon and was contacted by Elegoo. Their customer service is exceptional they inquired what issues I had. They informed me they would like to send me replacement filament to try again. It arrived in a few days and being that I had other things going on was unable to test it out. The replacement filament is superior to the first batch I ordered. It prints without issue adheres to the bed as intended it isn’t oozing from the nozzle like the first set I received. The only issue I noticed was that there was some minimal stinging but did not affect the end product of the print. I can’t praise Elegoo enough for standing behind their product and for having such great customer service and striving for customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase purchasing their product again knowing what kind of customer service they provide. ... show more

This was my first time trying this brand and this stuff is garbage. The prints that have completed the tolerances have been way off and most of the others have all failed due to jamming because the filament cracked and me to have to disassemble my extruder to get this trash out. Even printing right after pulling it out of the dryer its failing. Just had this fail in the last 5 minutes of a 4 hour print and after that im throwing the rest of this junk in the trash. Most of my prints with this have had to be trashed anyways. Don't waste you're money on this stuff, just spend the extra couple dollars and buy some better quality filament. ... show more
