I bought some of these Gildan Heavy Cotton shirts last year and I really like them, so I bought some more this year. And while they are still pretty good, they are not as heavy as they were last year. They have moved to a lighter-weight cotton. I an 6'2" and weight 190 so I ordered a XXXL size to allow for shrinkage but returned them for an XL after seeing how big they were. I received the second order within three days then washed and dried the t-shirts to see how much they would shrink. I was very pleased that unlike other t-shirts I buy, the shrinkage underneath my armpits did not fit tight since these t-shirts have a larger than normal sleeve opening and fit well. I was also pleased how comfortable, soft and thick these t-shirts feel. I will definitely order more from this vendor for the same. It's OK for everyday use at home and to sleep and one can even go outside with this tee and it looks fine. Not great but better than others with much lower quality. It does its job, which is what we needed for just a plain tee. We love the dark charcoil grey color. I wish they made it in long sleeves for the winder. It's not thick actually but my husband prefers it this way. It's not thin eaither, so in between. He loves the dark charcoal heather because it doesn't look stained as easily. Not very soft but not like rough either, so in between. I don't use a dryer so clothes don't fade look old as fast. I'm not sure about the other colors. I just know that the dark grey color seems to last and not fade or look old after a few washes like other tees do. I only thing that I don't like is that they raise the price on you as you order. And if you order more later it's even higher. Instead of the sale price for $12 it jumped to $38 in my cart and saved items. So I didn't reorder it this time because I feel fooled... So if you get it, order quick once in your cart because they play games with the price. ... show more
