Worked great, no adhesion issues or quality issues whatsoever, worked perfectly on my Bambu spool (just switched over the RFID sticker) and the prints looked just as good as the more expensive brand. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I used Elegoo's transluscent PLA to create a light diffuser (aka shade) for a wall sconce I designed. It's somewhat milky, which for diffusing light is good, but it's not like a clear PETG. It flows well and is tolerant of a good range of temperatures, but for me I got the clearest results at 225ºC (in a Bambu P1S) and low print speeds. Excellent value for the price and the end results received spousal approval. I had no issues with clogging or stringing. I printed it with Bambu Lab's Gold Silk PLA, which sometimes has issues sticking to other PLAs, but no issues here – I guess Elegoo filament <3 Bambu filament!

Printed an entire spool with ZERO issues. The spool fit perfectly without struggle onto an empty Bambu spool. The color was delightful, not too bright nor too pale. There was zero tangling nor clogging. The price was attractive and the prints were equally attractive with just the right amount of shine. I will be buying this filament again!!

This is my second time buying the 4‑pack of white PLA refill filament from ELEGOO, and it continues to impress. I’ve also used their cocoa brown and sunflower yellow, and every color has printed beautifully. I’m running these on a Bambu X1C using the standard Bambu PLA profiles, and they work flawlessly — no clogs, no jams, and no tuning required. The dimensional accuracy has been spot‑on, and the color representation is exactly what I expect from the product photos. The adhesion has been great, and everything has been tangle-free. The refill‑style spools are convenient, the filament feeds smoothly, and print quality has been consistently excellent across multiple rolls. Zero complaints from me, and I fully plan to keep buying these.

I recently got into Elegoo Filament, and since Mid november had several large orders with them directly from their website. During the christmas holiday one of those large order got stolen (porch Pirates) I had the insurance on it so I filed a claim. I filled out the forms with Seel (the insurer), worked with live chat to make sure everything was good. after 3-4 day the claim was closed as "The merchant, ELEGOO US, will fulfill your replacement. They will contact you directly with next steps." I then get an email from Elegoo support telling me I need to refile as I claimed it incorrectly, even though the live chat support during the claim process directed how i filed was Proper and fine. (I have screenshots). ALSO, I could NOT refile as by this time the stolen item window had passed: "Unfortunately, the 7-day window to report theft for this delivered package has now passed. For future reference, any issues for theft items must be submitted within 7 days after delivery." I emailed a reply to all this and after 4 days I have still heared NOTHING!!! (it has been 18dys total now) This order was part of a series of orders and as such I was set to start ordering regularly for my business with Elegoo, a projected 9-12K per year, however, now because of this I will go elsewhere, and I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
