After pricing other powered mobility chairs I decided to cautiously explore Amazon . Prices vary but are still much less expensive than a lot of the others I’ve seen. I chose this model based on price, and how long the battery lasts ( after a horrible experience with a rental chair in Vegas in July! ) I have buzzed this around an aquarium, Detroit Metro airport and most recently a funeral. - Control was a slight learning curve. I found it easier to get the hang of it once I slower the speed down. - I wish it was a bit lighter as I personally have a bit of trouble lifting it back into my vehicle, but that’s just my issue to deal with. - Comfort I ended up purchasing cushions for the seat and the back and now for me it is perfect, however it was fairly comfortable before, I just wanted more. I intend to take it outside soon to find out how well it goes over uneven ground. But even if it doesn’t perform well in the yard I’ll still stand by my 5 star rating. For my mobility issues this machine was a great purchase. So if you’re on the fence about buying this chair, just do it and get out to see the world!

The seat cushion is not good. And the front footrest needs to go or be replaced by something else that would work better for the person using it. Iam short and my legs on the footrest will not go under the dine ing room table. I have sinked up my knees because of this issue. It’s not nice to have your legs up like that it’s not normal to sit like that. That is a problem with this chair. And because of that I would not recommend this chair. I had a stroke and really need the chair.

This wheelchair is the perfect size width wise, but a little too small though for me, I’m 5’3”. I don’t like the beeping sun in the beginning when you turn it on and I don’t like the feet that don’t allow you to step through it’s stationary. The arm lift so you can get in although I had a stroke. It’s a little hard for me to rotate very easy to take out the box put on one piece hook up the battery which attach is to the controller upfront on the right it took me a while to figure that out because the pictures in the illustrations are very small so you really can’t see them, but this allows me to sit up to the table and do my crafts. And it has 360° turning- which is nice when your space is limited. If I drop something on the floor like my phone, I can’t pick it up because I am too short to reach down to the ground. - I have to use a gripper to reach my object objects. This is nice to take to church because it only weighs 32 pounds so somebody can put it on the van easily. It folds down..

Very cheap Japanese ingenuity screws just fall out left and right and when I got it the wheelchair when it's turned on just sitting there likes to move by itself slightly. After fixing certain things and getting new screws to keep things in place it's all and out a good chair worth the money no durability is bad until you replace certain screws

I bought this for my mother. She’s 4’7” and 81lbs. She injured herself two weeks ago and had to go to the ER after a week of pain and spasms. She has a severe back problem and now she may need surgery. This scooter chair is a perfect fit for her! I’m so glad I found this for her. It was a great value all around!

DON't buy this unless you speak Chinese. The manual is not real in explanatory and the chair speaks to you in CHinese. Hou are you supposed to set it up if you don't speak Chinese?

Wheels do not stop tolling when releasing drive power . Not as advertised Also charging an outrageous shipping charge roughly 250 for chair and roughly 250 for shipping . That’s a trick to keep people from returning items
