I originally wanted to return because the color was a tad darker; however, I found you have to pay shipping fee which is about half the cost of the item and so we decided to keep and now running into issues. Very time consuming to put together and ended up having missing parts. Also the instructions say “this summary may not include every detail of all variations and considered states.” The seller is pretty responsive, but I still give it one star because missing pieces and complexity of it made for a poor experience. You will need patience in assembling this item as there are a lot of pieces but the end result is worth it! The shelf is beautiful and well built. The precut holes matched well making the assembly pretty straight forward as long as you followed the instructions.

Decent quality, the drawers wouldn’t line up when assembling. I do appreciate the company’s willingness to assist me in figuring out a solution to my problem, which I can most certainly appreciate. I do love the color however and the fact it does come with wall anchors!

It’s good it takes forever to assemble and you definitely need a drill. I wouldn’t buy it again though just cause I’m 6 foot and those drawers literally come up to my knees. It’s such an awkward height and I didn’t realize from the product photos.

    • Missing and bent pieces, cheaply made

I received a defective item. It is missing hardware; I received double pieces of F hardware and missing L hardware. Additionally, the metal hardware for the drawers arrived bent, and is causing the drawers to not close all the way and are very difficult to open. (My husband is a carpenter and assembles items all the time-- this is a product issue, not a user issue.) This product is way overpriced and extremely poorly made. Not to mention, it arrives in million pieces that takes time to assemble, only to realize it's a chintzy cheaply made product. Now, I cannot return this item since it is 85% assembled and have a requested a full refund. I do not recommend this product. ... show more
