On it's first ride out The right side the motor just lacked the power of the left right at the start. Then once at the doctor office. Going through the walk way/waiting area. Once my name was called I traveled to their door. And left off power then when brakes engage. We'll the left one did what it is supposed to. It stopped. The right side did not engage. Which caused a sharp left turn. And only way to correct that was to steer out back to the right. Which required to power on , to give ability to control. Which required to unlock the left brake. And move forward. Where I was just trying to stop. But no, as I was steering out of it. I was heading straight towards the glass arm barrier that prevents people from falling off onto the first floor. And there I am, trying to just stop. While staying in control. And heading right for the glass. I was starting to debate on either putting my foot on the floor, and apply the Flintstone's brakes. Or jump off. I was only four feet away from the glass. Was a really good and quick debate. Was still debating and fighting to to regain control and stop the thing. As the aid and mother are hollering at me. Before I won the debate, I actually controlled a stop. About three feet away from the glass. Maybe you will have better luck. I consider stopping before that glass was good luck. I wish the luck to you as well if you get one. Take the chance if you feel lucky, just maybe you get yours that works/stops for you.

The wheelchair is extremely convenient and well designed for everyday use. One of the things I appreciate most is how portable it is. It folds and stores easily, which makes it simple to transport in a car or store when not in use. This has been especially helpful when traveling or moving it between different locations. The ride itself is very smooth and comfortable, even on slightly uneven surfaces. It feels stable and easy to maneuver, which gives a lot of confidence when using it for longer periods of time. Overall a good chair. Very easy setup and seeems well built. It's maneuverable in full 36 in hallways - less than that it's a bit tight to turn through doors. I'm a little skeptical about the all-terrain claim since it struggles a bit on regular carpeting. Despite arriving late due to an Amazon issue of some sort (came Monday evening instead of the guaranteed Saturday, so plan ahead) I'm glad I purchased the chair and plan to donate it to a senior living facility once I'm ambulatory again.

I unboxed the chair as soon as it arrived. It’s better looking than in the photo and only a few parts to attach. Actually getting the box open was the hardest part. I opened the top of the box with no issues however the chair was very tightly packed. So I opened one of the heavily stapled sides. Had to use a crowbar. Cudos to the packaging keeping the chair in perfect condition. The manual is rather useless. The schematic.needs a lot more detail. The setup steps need a few hints if something isn’t fitting correctly. No where in the manual did it mention the cord needing to be plugged into the battery. Also I found the trouble shooting information to be rather useless. Well the company does not have a website that can be used in the US so I found the AI tool I use to be the perfect partner for troubleshooting and explaining the purpose of parts, etc. Here are the top things I praise about the chair 1. Lighter with the battery than expected 2. Far more attractive than I expected 3. Comfortable 4. Fast 5. Once you have opened the chair and closed it once it’s easy and quick. Just need a few steps 6. There are 2 three prong plugs under the controller. You can charge the battery in one. The other can accommodate an accessory such as a phone charger or headlights. You just need to purchase a cord to have the connection you need for the accessories plug into a 3 prong. Ask AI to tell you what to buy and where to buy.

I received the wrong color. I ordered black but received brown. In order to return it, I need to return the other brown one first. The issue is, I need it for mobility and cannot be without something for another week. So now I’m stuck with a brown I didn’t even want. Highly disappointed. That’s where the three stars are coming from. I should not have to go without due to their error. As far as weight, my teenagers were able to easily get it in and out of the suv ( we practiced). I rode it down my driveway since I’m at an incline. I had it at the slowest speed and it did well both going down and going up. The joystick can be used on either side. I really like that you can mute the sound. It is not super sensitive to touch and requires just enough force which is great. Turning is smooth and sharp, unlike traditional wheelchairs which require a wider range for turnings. I’m currently in a knee brace and was able to get in and out without too much difficulty due to the arms going up on both sides. The seat is very comfortable. I don’t need the seat belt but it’s a great addition for those who do. This is my initial review of the wheelchair. I haven’t had a chance to use it out and about just yet. I will update once I see how it does while I’m working in and out of different hospitals for battery life, distance, and comfort. I would have given it 5 stars had I received the correct color and not the brown than I am definitely not a fan of at all.

It’s never a good sign when a printed tag with customer support’s contact info dangles from your new mobility device. Does the company know it’s a bunk device even as they sell it? Yup, and they’re owning up to it like winnarz. It’s a victimless crime, this recirculating ‘grift’, so what’s my ultimate problem? It wastes fuel and time, but mainly fuel. And that’s the point- consumers are flooded thousands of dipwitted products like this, none of them work, with fuel (and time) spent on returned merchandise. But really, it’s all an insidious and whacky PRC plot to make Americans depressed. It fails to recognize our gumption and instinct for justice, neither of which were Mao’s strong suits lol so here’s my experience with this “pattern object”: Two hours after unboxing, and as I headed home with groceries, the chair hit a medium-sized bump and snapped to a halt?! A neighbor pushed me home. Turns out the bump caused a power fault in the right motor, but all the leads are connected and the chair refuses to start up. Calling that number on the tag plays a recording with instructions regarding their settlement…? Pfft right, back in the box you go, stand by for extraction, loser 🤬😤🫣
