Great wheelchair!
Review Image by six20
Great wheelchair; it rides smoothly and has a great turning radius. The range is more than enough, I use it all day with plenty of battery left and it charges fast. Customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the first chair and they replaced it quickly and for free. It's nice to have a seller on Amazon that stands behind their product. For this price range I don't think you will find a better wheelchair. ... show more

Great Chair +QUALITY+
This chair is as advertised. Nice quality and functions as you would hope. It fits in the trunk of my 2005 Toyota Corolla with room to spare. The weight is as advertised. Compared to other chairs, this chair offers the smallest footprint when folded and the lightest weight. I did a lot of research before I purchased it for those reasons. EASY - 1 click to fold the chair up, 1 click to remove the battery. It is well-designed and safe to operate. The advertised 15-mile range seems correct on flat surfaces. I like that it has a USB port on the flashlight. So if your home power ever goes out, this chair would charge a phone or laptop quite a few times. I'm very happy with this purchase! Customer service will contact YOU via text before the chair arrives! ... show more

Great wheelchair and excellent customer service!
I purchased this electric wheelchair for my father, and we have been very happy with it. He really likes the wheelchair, and it has made getting around much easier and more convenient for him. One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. MJ and Anna have been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, especially when I was trying to figure out the requirements for traveling by airplane with the wheelchair and its battery. Anna even provided the UN38.3 battery documentation that we needed for our upcoming international trip. The wheelchair is lightweight, foldable, and easy to manage, which is especially important for us. I also really appreciate that the seller followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Overall, we are very pleased with the wheelchair and the support we received from the seller. I would definitely recommend this wheelchair to anyone looking for a convenient and portable electric wheelchair for a family member. ... show more

Looks great, works great, Pleased with my decision to buy this chair.
First Impression: Well made and substantial frame. Controller works smoothly and is easy to use. I have received rather explicit instructions concerning running into furniture and woodwork. This controller and joy stick make those instructions pretty easy to live by. I've compared this chair to $3,500 chairs by going to the store and test driving the more expensive ones. I found some of the expensive ones to be underpowered but not the JustHero especially on slopes. This would not be the complete truth without a complaint of some nature. Here's mine. The seat cushion is not comfortable on it's own (just like the expensive ones). I cured the problem with a gel formed cushion that just lays on top of the original equipment. Also I took advantage of the armrest extenders which gives me a little over 20" of room between that two armrest. I'll update in about a month. Well here we are about 3 months later and I have not changed my opinion since my first impression. It has absolutely lived up to my expectations. I have used this chair in travel situations where I was sure I would run the battery dead before I could charge it, but I'm here to tell you that it just kept on running. When I did charge it only required a short while to be fully ready to go again, although I found it most convenient to charge it overnight. I came up with an idea for an accessory for my chair. I called customer service with my idea and asked for assistance,. Truly this was above and beyond what is offered by this company. It didn't matter they were polite and helpful and with their assistance I now have a custom fitted accessory of which I enjoy everyday I go out with my chair. I'm just saying that they are very helpful when you call and want you to enjoy your chair. I have recommended this chair to several of my friends and I extend that recommendation to you. ... show more

Great motorized wheelchair
The chair has exceeded my expectations. The five speeds enable travel indoors and out over a variety of terrain, including jumping small curbs. The joystick controller is easy to learn and to operate. It seems heavier than 37 pounds but can be lifted for loading. It has extended my range beyond my limited walking ability and I am glad to have it. It is a lot of machine and technology at a low price. They claim a 5 year warranty, and based on their follow-up texts to ensure my satisfaction, I believe they will honor that. Finally, it is attractively racy looking. I like it a lot. ... show more

Great wheelchair! Go places
Bought this Electric Wheelchair in June for an August mediterranean cruise trip. After we got the unit we went to mall and park at least a dozen of times, for my wife to practice navigating the unit, for me removing and putting back battery and Joystick. Removing the battery to carry with you onboard an airplane was required by regulations. Removing the joystick was to prevent it from damages during transfers. In the process I lost the original bolt to secure the joystick to armrest. Anna from customer support happened to call to check on us. I told her about the situation. She sent two replacement bolts the same day. We received the bolts in ten days, three days before we left for the trip. We took the unit onboard airplane three times. On our first domestic flight we checked in the unit at gate and received the unit back at gate when we came out. On the other two international flights, we checked in the unit at gate and had to pick it up at a different location. It was a good thing I had the joystick in my backpack. Out of 5 excursions from ship, only once my wife was advised by tour guide to stay on bus due to ancient road conditions and many up and down stairs. Overall this unit accomplished what we bought it for. ... show more

A must buy
I ordered the EWC 26, but i think I ended up getting the EWC 16, the difference is that the 26 set is 20 inches wide verses the 16's being 17 inches wide. But over all the quality is amazing, super durable, and has a very fast top speet too. I weight 340 lb and it moves me around with ease, and it is very comfortable to sit in two. Set up was easy. I was contacted by the company's staff ,and was told if I had any problems to call or email them. This was all before delivery and after delivery. ... show more

Great power chair
I could not be happier with this purchase! I bought it because I have limited ability to walk and stand and planned to attend our state Fair for multiple days. The chair is so easy to fold and load into the car and then set back up when we get there. The battery lasted all day at the fair and in the heat. And it handled the different driving surfaces at the fairgrounds. I thought the price point was great and it fully meets my needs. ... show more
