This chair is as advertised. Nice quality and functions as you would hope. It fits in the trunk of my 2005 Toyota Corolla with room to spare. The weight is as advertised. Compared to other chairs, this chair offers the smallest footprint when folded and the lightest weight. I did a lot of research before I purchased it for those reasons. EASY - 1 click to fold the chair up, 1 click to remove the battery. It is well-designed and safe to operate. The advertised 15-mile range seems correct on flat surfaces. I like that it has a USB port on the flashlight. So if your home power ever goes out, this chair would charge a phone or laptop quite a few times. I'm very happy with this purchase! I am very happy with the chair. At 36 pounds, I can fold it and pick it up and place in my car trunk. It is comfortable, very maneuverable and easy to use. Well made with good power and speed control. I purchased extra battery for extra assurance, but the battery pack has plenty of long running capacity. Well worth the cost.

I could not be happier with this purchase! I bought it because I have limited ability to walk and stand and planned to attend our state Fair for multiple days. The chair is so easy to fold and load into the car and then set back up when we get there. The battery lasted all day at the fair and in the heat. And it handled the different driving surfaces at the fairgrounds. I thought the price point was great and it fully meets my needs.

I ordered the EWC 26, but i think I ended up getting the EWC 16, the difference is that the 26 set is 20 inches wide verses the 16's being 17 inches wide. But over all the quality is amazing, super durable, and has a very fast top speet too. I weight 340 lb and it moves me around with ease, and it is very comfortable to sit in two. Set up was easy. I was contacted by the company's staff ,and was told if I had any problems to call or email them. This was all before delivery and after delivery.

I have truly enjoyed the ease of use and transferability of this wheelchair. I can simply fold it up and load it in and out of the back of my small SUV without a lot of effort. It has a long battery life and has been 100% dependable. I have had no issues with the electrical components. The wheels have maintained their shape and integrity, and the wheel chair itself is still in excellent shape. I would recommend the purchase of this electric wheelchair to other friends or family members.

The chair itself is good. After it collapsed it’s a bit hard to get a hold of to put in the trunk. And it’s a little heavier than I would’ve thought even with the battery removed. But if you’re strong enough and you have a good back there should be no problem.

I purchased this chair in November, 2025 and have been using daily the past 3 months. From the very beginning I have received nothing but excellent customer service. They are always responsive with any questions or concerns. This chair has been a life changer for me. Being able to have an electric chair now instead of a manual wheelchair is such a gift. It makes basic daily chores much less stressful and easier. It’s very easy to operate and charge. With spending more time in the chair it was a wonderful gesture to be gifted with a seat cushion. My family appreciates that it’s not overly heavy and easy to transport. I was a bit nervous to purchase it because this chair is a lot of money for me but it’s been worth every penny. My representative, Anna, has been very patient and gracious with my questions and she made this process so much easier for me. Being disabled and homebound is difficult but this chair has made life easier and more enjoyable.

First Impression: Well made and substantial frame. Controller works smoothly and is easy to use. I have received rather explicit instructions concerning running into furniture and woodwork. This controller and joy stick make those instructions pretty easy to live by. I've compared this chair to $3,500 chairs by going to the store and test driving the more expensive ones. I found some of the expensive ones to be underpowered but not the JustHero especially on slopes. This would not be the complete truth without a complaint of some nature. Here's mine. The seat cushion is not comfortable on it's own (just like the expensive ones). I cured the problem with a gel formed cushion that just lays on top of the original equipment. Also I took advantage of the armrest extenders which gives me a little over 20" of room between that two armrest. I'll update in about a month.
