Excellent chair!! Easy to use right out of the box. Works great. Comforable. The best customer service ever. They contacted me and asked if I had questions, sent me an air cushion and other accessories. Easy to load and unload and fold and unfold. Battery lasts days!! Really good chair! Goes up my steep driveway no problem. Small enough to turn 360° in my hallway. I highly recommend this chair and the company that makes it. I haven't had customer service like this since the 1980s!! ... show more

Great Chair +QUALITY+
This chair is as advertised. Nice quality and functions as you would hope. It fits in the trunk of my 2005 Toyota Corolla with room to spare. The weight is as advertised. Compared to other chairs, this chair offers the smallest footprint when folded and the lightest weight. I did a lot of research before I purchased it for those reasons. EASY - 1 click to fold the chair up, 1 click to remove the battery. It is well-designed and safe to operate. The advertised 15-mile range seems correct on flat surfaces. I like that it has a USB port on the flashlight. So if your home power ever goes out, this chair would charge a phone or laptop quite a few times. I'm very happy with this purchase! Customer service will contact YOU via text before the chair arrives! ... show more

Well-Made and Affordable Portable Electric Wheelchair
Style: EGM03
This electric wheelchair was exactly what my mom needed. It's highly functional and affordable. It arrived on time and I had everything set up within about 15 minutes. It's portable and relatively lightweight for easy transport. We like that there are different speed settings and it can be pushed manually once the wheelchair is powered off. Service and support was great and followed up after purchase to see if we had any questions or problems. ... show more

Very Good Chair
I am very happy with the chair. At 36 pounds, I can fold it and pick it up and place in my car trunk. It is comfortable, very maneuverable and easy to use. Well made with good power and speed control. I purchased extra battery for extra assurance, but the battery pack has plenty of long running capacity. Well worth the cost. ... show more

Writing on behalf of my Mom. This wheelchair is excellent. Easy to maneuver, sturdy yet portable (folds down) and the charge lasts a long time. Our customer service rep, Anna, was also EXCELLENT ! She reached out, unrequested, several times asking if there were any issues (there were NONE) and offered help if anything came up. The transaction didn’t end with a ‘tap’ on the buy button from Amazon. They genuinely care about their product and the customers that buy from them. Best wheelchair
Awesome chair rides over grass and small curbs. Took on 7 day cruise. Charge seems to last forever, rugged. Folds easily. Fast. Love it.

A must buy
I ordered the EWC 26, but i think I ended up getting the EWC 16, the difference is that the 26 set is 20 inches wide verses the 16's being 17 inches wide. But over all the quality is amazing, super durable, and has a very fast top speet too. I weight 340 lb and it moves me around with ease, and it is very comfortable to sit in two. Set up was easy. I was contacted by the company's staff ,and was told if I had any problems to call or email them. This was all before delivery and after delivery. ... show more
