Chair is not lightweight even with the battery removed. Seat is not wide enough for a person weight up to 300lbs. Good luck with returning, you'll have to pay $250 to return the chair. After chair was returned and tracking showed delivered on 5/31, I was told it was received and that I would have to wait until it was tracked down in the warehouse. I do not recommend this company. My is still waiting for a refund so that he can purchase another chair. As of today 6/11/2024 refund has not been issued and no further communication from this seller.

I am an amputee and need the wheelchair for days when I need to travel distance Only complaint is that it is heavy (97 pounds) and hard to load into the side of our van I have had to purchase an electric lift to get it from the ground into our van The user manual is small with tiny print that is hard to read for Senior citizens like myself There needs to be an on-site location to download it from

Well made sturdy. Disconnecting the motors is no convenient. The seat is short front to back. Difficult to fold for an older person. No way is this lightwate, about 100 pounds. Easy to install and disconnect he battery.

After I lost my leg I purchased a $3000 plus Zinger electric wheelchair. The unit simply will not travel if surface is wet or damp. Even asphalt uphill a tiny grade. Wet grass - forget it - you are going nowhere. I called Zinger and asked about better tires - they tried to sell me brand new unit. This unit, for a little over $700, will travel in wet grass. it will travel in woods. Not as fast a Zinger but for me that is not an issue. I just want to get there. Wish I had known better.

Their description is completely bogus. There are at least three different places in their description on Amazon that they say lightweight and/or illustrate it. There’s even a “picture” of it being lifted by a few kid’s ballon’s. Amazon should do something about this false advertising. And now I’m going to have to pay for returning a 100 pound package. I only gave it one star because I had to. They won’t let me give them zero stars.
