I purchased this trike for my girlfriend. Because of illness, she hasn't been able to walk around our property like she used to. She now spends hours cruising around. To start, the two boxes arrived in 4 days by FedEx Ground. The initial delivery window was a week, but the tracking number nailed the delivery down to a couple of hours. The trike went together easily. I couldn't find where the bottle holder or lock holder were supposed to mount, but she didn't want those anyway. Not a big loss. The basket in back is great. She can pick up trash or "pretty" rocks. She also uses it to carry around feed for her animals. I should mention that at 5'3" she is barely able to fit the trike. It's kind of big for her. It has plenty of power to get her up the hills, and enough battery life to keep her going all day. She recharges it at night, so she is ready for the next day. The wide, knobby tires give a good grip on our sandy soil and rocky terrain, and they are strong enough not to be punctured by cactus or cut by rocks. I haven't had a need to speak with customer service, so I can't comment on that. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a trike.

The bike arrived a day early! It was well packaged with no damage. Assembly was a different story! The instructions were little to none and what was there was leaking! It comes with extras; side view mirrors, phone holder, bottle holder, tire pump, lock, and cover. Once again to install the extras little to no instructions. It took quite a bit of time to complete the assembly (about 5 hours) which could have been far less if the instructions were complete.

Puckipuppy is by far having the best customer service of any brands! Quality of the bikes are superb, we did so much research and decided to take a chance on the puppy puppy brand. How happy we are we did! Even if you were to pick a brand that you think is better their customer service would not be as good as pucky puppies. Overall the trike that we got is built like a brick house. It's smooth it's great to handle and is so much fun to ride. And like even the best of the bike brands if you encounter any issues or problems everyone else's customer service sucks. Puppy puppy customer service answers promptly and they are truly committed to customer service. If you're going to buy a trike buy one from pucky puppy, you will be so happy you did.

The media could not be loaded. When I first got my Puckipuppy Husky E-Trike Puckipuppy somehow got my phone # from amazon and they called me and bugged me everyday for several weeks about if I was satisfied or not and I kept telling them that I was sick and not feeling well and that I did not feel like putting it together and to call back in a week but oh no they called every day and sometimes several times a day and bugged me to no end and they pounded it into me of how they have such great customer service (NOT) and that if I ever have any problem to call them so after I got feeling better I got it all assembled but it was missing he odemeterbushings and there were some defect issues too so I reached out to address the issues of the Rear Right Wheel rubs the Brake Caliper (see video and pic - shiny spot on black caliper is the rub spot) making the bike lurch with every rotation of the wheel and have a loud squeak sound, the Seat Post spring just collapses when sat on and the Odometer just rattles around on the handlebars and it has no bushings. Puckipuppy said the Seat Post does that and the Odometer has no bushing and just fits loose on the handlebars and they had me make and send a video of the wheel rub issues and then they wanted to send me just a wheel hub and have me respoke and mount wheel, tire and disc myself and I said no then they wanted me to take the Trike into a local bike shop and pay them out of pocket to repair the Defective Trike and Puckipuppy would them reimburse me for the repair costs (yeah right) and I felt that that was too much to ask of me a disabled firefighter in a wheelchair so after a zillion emails I finally got them to supposedly send me a Complete Replacement Wheel Assembly that I had to wait 3 months for and then they sent the wrong part just a rim and hub and again they want me to hire a bike shop to fix it and then reimburse me, well as I told them several times now that its not going to happen as first off my local bike shop is 200 miles away one way and secondly I am wheelchair bound firefighter it causes me great pain to travel and that I got this e-trike to replace my broken off road wheelchair and I've told them this several time before but they keep wanting me to take it to a bike shop. so I finnaly got so frustrated that I did the work myself and the Replacement Rim did not fix anything so I then swapped the Left Wheel for the Right Wheel and the Problem is not the Wheel it is that the Brake Caliper Mount is Defective and it will need a new Whole Rear Frame to fix the issue so I asked them to send me a new bike and now we are stuck in this endless email back and forth to no avail so I am filing a complaint with the BBB and my State's Attorney General's Office and Puckipuppy can deal with them and stop giving me the Run Around. 6 months latter and I still have a non-rideable e-trike and after all those we want you to be happy calls from Puckipuppy it is just like adding Salt to my wounds so I am out $2000 and in added pain from having to preform warranty work myself and all I have to show for it is a Headache and worthless piece of Junk Puckipuppy Husky E-Trike. Save your Money and don't Buy this piece of Junk, I am sorry that I ever did.

I bought this trike months ago but it is still not road worthy. On startup, the motor goes on and off repeatedly but never actually starts. My experience with customer service was not ideal. They requested various videos of the trike in operation (over 6) which I sent. They suggested for me do do various operations on the trike, none of which helped the problem. Finally they suggested I find a bike shop to fix the problem, one that could transport the trike from my home to the shop. They also asked me to get an estimate from the shop to give to them. All of this to me , sounds like digging a deeper hole. Needles to say, I am very dissatisfied with this trike. Disregarding the above problem, I found the bike to be precarious to sit on with a center of gravity that is too high. I was actually fearful when when I coasted down my driveway hill.
