This tricycle arrived within the estimated delivery window. The arrived in one box strapped to a standard wood pallet. I opened the box and removed the contents. It was well padded, no damage evident. The trike was about 75% assemblied by my estimation; the product description says 90%. Not an issue just what I observed. The trike came with a small tool kit, metric open end wrenches and hex (Allen) wrenches. I assembled the trike using the supplied tools. The tool kit had one flaw, the correct size hex wrench for the cargo box was missing. I charged the battery overnight for test riding the next day. During the test ride the electric drive worked as it should. However, the manual pedal system suffered an issue. The 7 speed gear shifter failed while shifting to a lower gear. It appears the cable end-stop separated from the cable making it impossible to shift. I've contacted the seller, in a separate email, about warranty services. I'll update once that is resolved. I spoke with the seller, issue is resolved.
