The bike looked nice from the photo listed but took a great deal of effort and time to assemble like several hours then it would not work at all. Not worth the cost or effort spent trying to assemble just to have to disassemble and have to return. The company was very hard to deal with for a return. They sent a wrong return label in the beginning and the bike could not be delivered back to the seller and was returned back to me. Then the communication with the seller was terrible I tried to communicate this for several weeks without a response and then was finally sent another return label requesting me to pay to have it returned. Was also sent 2 different addresses for the return the 2nd time. I finally had to get Amazon customer service involved to solve the problem. Bad experience all the way around!!! ... show more

Instructions are horrible. Fortunately, it's mostly pre-assembled, so any technically proficient person can probably figure out the assembly sans instructions; I know I did. Still trying to figure out how the pedals work when the power is on, but it's not important. Everything works as it's supposed to, and the trike is really easy and fun to ride. I sometimes take a 6 y/o on the back seat and she thinks it's the greatest thing! Never wants to get off. ... show more

Had an issue with the scooter only going in reverse. Contacted customer support and they assisted me in fixing the issue of the scooter going backwards. Turns out I had installed the front wheel the wrong way. To fix it, all I had to do was turn the front wheel around. Definitely recommend.
