It worked great for about .5 days. Now, the face plate sags when any weight is out through it whatsoever. I’ve blocked off 8 hours of my work schedule total between delivery and return. Carrier is difficulty to work with, product is less than impressive. Will not be purchasing again.

This table looks good, has good versatility and comfort, but poor durability. I put one in my new clinic and it has only been lightly used for the last 4 months as we have yet to achieve 100% caseload. Patients comment on the comfort and I like the versatility for positioning patients, but screws are starting to fall out of it already and they cannot be put back in due to the threads on the holes failing. If you are looking to save money this table will work for a bit, but in the long run, you would likely save more money purchasing a more durable and more expensive table that will last.

I'm blown away by the quality of this table and its definitely exceeded my expectations! Also the seller contacted me and offered to replace any parts that may malfunction in the future - now that's customer service! I can't recommend this product and seller enough! My patients and I love this new table! Just a side note though the face hole is much bigger than your typical table (FYI for people who use covers like me).

Patients said table is very uncomfortable. The assisted raising and lowering of the foot/head sections do not have much assist when patient is on table. The hi/low portion works great. Patients said could not even feel the table raising/lowering. Table built well. Easy to move around, of needed. I returned the table do to comfort and difficulty raising head and feet sections.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this table for over a year, I have had some pretty big patients on it and it works great. I like how adjustable it is. I am 6’2 and it gets plenty high enough for me. The motor is not quite as smooth, and the table is not quite as solid as the name brand ones that are twice as expensive. For me this table does the job great, I don’t need the name brand. Update on review: I have been using this table for three years and it is held up well. It still is a bit jerky with Height adjustments and freaky when the patient gets on and off it, which makes them a bit nervous. I reassure them. The name brands do not do those problems, but are about $500 more than this table. At the time I could not afford that but now I’d like the name brand table. But it works!

This table has worked great. However now the head piece gas struts are failing and will not hold. I cannot find anywhere to replace them. Cannot find any customer service either.

This is a great table and a good price. It is adjustable at the head and the legs and raises and lowers with the footpedal. The material is soft and comfortable. I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for
