Well got water heater a few days ago it was replacing an old tank water heater that started leaking. So had to do some replacement of connection a wiring an up grade my breaker, but definitely a lot smaller doesn’t take up any room hardly at all lol. Had to do some reforcement to wall to accommodate the mounting. Seems to work great but not had long enough to really say will update when had time to know more. But think I’m really going to like it. Up dating my previous review now that I’ve had water heater for over a month now will say I definitely glad I bought it love it plenty of hot water for old aching muscles lol works great just hope it holds up as good time will tell on that but well pleased 😀 with it if holds up as well then 5 Stars from me. It is instant hot water but got to remember water that’s in the lines isn’t heated it can’t do that but get there much quicker than old one lol still playing with temperature settings figuring out the best temperature setting did turn down a few degrees lol was getting to hot 🥵 lol but it last I be very happy with it lol do love that doesn’t use any energy when not in use so expecting a little break in my electric bill lol I hope!!!!

We replaced the old, rusty, crusty tank! We love how easily we could self-install in our garage. We took precautions to insulate the pipes just in case of a Dallas freeze. The price was great. We always thought having one would be an arm and a leg. Sometimes, the water does not come up to the temperature. We have it set at 124°, and it pushes 104° from the garage to the clothes washer. But traveling water to the upstairs bathroom is satisfactory. What in the world did we do without this all this time?

Runs well keeps a steady stream of hot water. Replaced a tank heater that was used for kitchen and laundry room only. It does need heavier gauge wire and a higher amp breaker (tank had a 30 amp and this needs a 60 amp). Ran it for a few days with the 30 amp, but if you ran straight hot water for over 3 or 4 minutes it would pop. Replaced that and it runs very nicely now.

Update: Was contacted through Amazon by the company after we already started the refund process. I deletes the email. Then was called on the phone by the company in the middle of my work day. Told them if the contract myself or my husband again we will take legal action for harassment. I say it again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought this product hooked it up. Tried to program it, all it did was beep. Tried you tube videos and even videos from their web site. Then Tried to live chat them only got a robot for over 2 hours. Tried to call them, left 10 messages. Emailed them 3 times. Left messages on their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or X. Nothing. Product is being removed from our house and returned. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!! Only gave it one star because I couldn't post this. Again DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!

I had the unit installed by professionals, a plumber and an electrician. Installation was pricey. When all was done it wouldn’t turn on. With electrician standing by I called customer service several times but reached voicemail. I left a few messages. I also sent an email asking for an immediate call back. This was at 1:30 EST on a weekday. The electrician kept messing with it, shutting off breaker, unplugging the circuit board, etc and thankfully it finally came on. That was two days ago and the company has not returned my calls or even my email. The water heater works but customer service is lacking if there is a problem. I’m giving three stars since it’s working now, fortunately. If I had to have the electrician make another house call and had to take cold showers while waiting for a response it would be zero stars.

The media could not be loaded. Water heater was fairly easy to install for a DIY. I had to add a 60amp 230v service. It is helpful to make the power connection before you make the water connections . Otherwise the unit is pretty simple to operate. I have been using it for a month and it has been great. The water inlet temperature is about 44F and it brings it up to 110F .

This 14 kw unit is about the largest I could put on to the existing 60 amp double throw breaker circuit. It seems well built and produces the hot water that we need but has kicked offline with an "E1" error more than once which, according to the manual indicates insufficient flow for the set temperature. Flipping the breaker off and on resolves the immediate lack of hot water. If it happens again, I'll try setting the temperature slightly lower, at 120F instead of 122F. It could be that our house uses an on-demand pump to drive water around the house, including to this on-demand heater.

Recently I renovated a Wherehouse it's about 6000 sq feet with 2 bathrooms I installed the electric instant hot water heater, and it works great every time I turn on the faucet, it gets up to the right temperature and stays hot till i turn off the faucet. My tenant is extremely happy with it.
