This unit puts out plenty of hot water, has good water flow, price point is good and they don't require a licensed electrician and plumber to install for the warranty like some other companys (which can cost you a fortune) had a issue with the first unit they sent me.     • Very low waterpressure and unstable temperature
Installed it in the shower, each shower one of these heaters. The temperature is unstable and sometimes get extremely hot and then very cold. Also waterpressure is very low, not comfortable for the shower. I would not recommend this product.

    • Great lil water heater!!
It works great!! Hot water all the time. No BS, install was quite simple. Just make sure you use the correct wire and remember, bigger is always better!! I wish I’d have gotten this years ago!!

    • Always has error code
Constantly has error code and temperature goes up to 140 degrees even though it is set at 120. Only reason I haven't sent it back is because I don't want to remove it. I have it in my shop so no small children have access to it otherwise I would have returned it.

I was looking for a small tankless heater for my washroom and this was perfect. Not only is it compact but also saves money not having to store water but also keep it a certain temperature ! Will buy again in the future for other projects

Looks great but only works part time. Will be returning it. Because it is a Ranein I thought it would be a quality product but am disappointed.
