I am very pleased with this scooter and even more impressed by their customer service. A few days after receiving the scooter, my son broke the rear fender somehow. I contacted customer service and asked if there was a replacement fender I could purchase so I could repair the scooter. They asked for pics of the damage and then offered to refund me,or exchange the scooter for a new one! I chose the exchange and within a few days my new scooter arrived. I bought this as a replacement to another one that I had lost which had a similar price range (was about 200-220), only to be disappointed. This scooter works, but not to the extent o the given description. The range is said to be 12-15 miles, yet the battery only lasts 6 miles. I ended up stranded more than once because of the incorrect evaluation of battery life. Additionally, mid-ride the back piece which holds the red light fell off / disconnected and was hanging on by the wire mid-ride, leaving me no choice but to snatch it off completely since it was hanging on for dear life as it was. In the attached pictures you can see the part that has detached. Does the electric scooter work? Yes, it does work. Does the electric scooter work as it says it does in the product description? No. It's your standard kick to start electric scooter, but only runs 5-6 miles before giving out on you. It works, gets me from point A to point B, but has terrible durability and material quality. I am disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this brand to others. ... show more

Awesome scooter! A little short in the handlebars, but lightweight. Smooth ride. Great features. The product is good but the delivery process was awful. It was not communicated -AT ALl- this item would require a signature for delivery. I only learned this after I received a message that there was a “failed” delivery attempt when it was expected. UPS has horrendous customer service. They blamed the lack of notification on the sender. After 6 separate calls, wasting hours of my time, and getting inaccurate information every call, and two “failed” delivery attempts despite the fact someone was home both times, we finally got it. If I’d missed a third, I would’ve had to trek somewhere inconvenient and pick it up or return to sender, so I was forced to basically sit out front for three hours the following day to make sure I caught the delivery person. Only call UPS if you enjoy being lied to and toyed with. Their customer “service” delights in condescending you, giving you a hard time, and disappointing children above actually doing a good job. My son’s last scooter broke, and he was really excited for this. Got it a day later than expected due to the nonsense. It would’ve been really nice to know ahead of time that I needed to have someone available for the delivery instead of learning it the very hard and aggravating way. Also it won’t power on while plugged into the charger. It’s a nice safety feature but it took us a while to figure out if it was charged enough. We were trying to hit the power button to see the electronic display but the screen wouldn’t come on while charging. This scooter has adjustable modes but is capable of going pretty fast. This scooter has been great. The speed is exactly as advertised and my 11 year old son loves it. Very easy to assemble and maintain. Functionality is good for the lock screen. Good Value for Money. We bought this scooter for my daughter's 13th birthday about 3 weeks ago and she absolutely loves it. The battery lasts a long time. Not the 12 miles it says in the description, but she can ride it a good distance before the battery drains. She can get it to 19mph. It goes up hills pretty good. If it's a steeper hill, it does slow down some, but that's to be expected.. Now the con. The back fender over the tire cracked from underneath within the first week. She isn't riding it crazy and rough. She rides on the road and generally stays within the 10-12mph range. I contacted Amazon and they offered to send a replacement fender and instructions on how to change it out. Since the wires for the back break light are run through it, I opted to get a full replacement so we didn't have to mess with the wires. They sent a new one within a couple days. We've had this new one for one week exactly......and the fender is cracked again. We have not even folded it down to carry anywhere yet, but if we did, it would probably crack completely in half now since the handle bars clip to the fender to carry it. I will contact them again but this time just opt for a replacement fender to change out since the box is so big and heavy to take to ups to ship the whole item back. I did read in another review the same issue someone else had, so maybe it's a design flaw that needs fixing. I'm giving 4 stars because it really is a nice and fun little scooter and with the high weight limit, she won't outgrow it. But, the fender cracking is highly inconvenient and something that should be looked into. If it were the front one it wouldn't matter and I would just take it right off if that happened. But the break light, wires, and clip to close the scooter all are part of this back one. ... show more

Long overdue review since we purchased this scooter last year for my son during Christmas. He’s used it all summer and we’ve had no issues at all! The smooth to ride, the battery lasts a long time and it goes pretty fast. I assembled it in no time all by myself (I’m a busy mom). It’s easy to fold up and put in the trunk too.
