I’ve had this scooter for a while now and honestly I’m pretty impressed! It’s quick, smooth, and feels really solid when I’m riding around town. The suspension definitely helps on bumpy streets, and I LOVE not having to worry about flat tires. Battery life has been great for my everyday trips too. I’m a woman and can fold and move it around without much trouble. The app is a nice little bonus. For the price, I’d definitely buy it again!

I think this is a great scooter for kids & young teens or shorter travel. I bought this so my nephew and I could ride around the neighborhood (I bought him his own scooter previously from Best Buy). The scooter is cute, it is quiet. It’s affordable and the set up was easy (screw in handle & the kick stand) The lighting is good, the quality is good. But for me, an adult, not powerful and the break is loud when you activate it and it doesn’t go anywhere near 19-22mph as advertised. It goes 14mph on a flat road but on a decline, at best, 17mph. Also, battery life went from full to 49% after riding for maybe about 45min. Their customer service is extremely professional & accommodating. Exceptional. I was rather impressed

I’m super disappointed! This was a great scooter at first, well for the first month! Then the screen started to act up and give weird symbols on the display… this would come and go… sometimes the scooter would work, sometimes it wouldn’t! And now it just won’t work at all! I feel terrible, because my son saved up his own money for this, sacs now it’s just junk. So if you’re ok with it only working for a few months, go ahead and waste your money too

I’m very impressed with this electric scooter! It has a smooth and comfortable ride, and the motor provides plenty of power for commuting and everyday use. It’s easy to be assembled, and the controls are easy to understand and operate. The battery life is also great for my daily rides, and the folding design makes it convenient to store and transport. The tires provides good stability, and the overall rides feels safe and comfortable.

It's not a bad scooter- let me start off with that. It does what it's advertised. It drives at a decent speed, it charges and locks and all of that. BUT. It doesn't handle well up hills. Actually, it doesn't handle up any incline at all. I'm a college student with leg issues, and I bought this specifically to commute around my campus easier. My campus has inclines that, normally, a bike or ebike could handle. This scooter? You hit a 2% or 3% incline, and it can't go up it at all. On flat ground or downhill slopes? It handles like butter. Cracks in the road? Over them with ease. But the only part that makes it fall short is the way that it handles hills. If you want a scooter that's good for flatter ground or downhill slopes, this'll work just fine. But I wouldn't recommend it if you have lots of inclines where you'll be using this.

I have purchased two of these. One in June and one in July. I got them for my son and I to get around our new little town. My son is 33 and an adult. I do not recommend these for kids. They go 16 mph I think and the range is 21 miles depending on some factors. 16 mph which is fast for a bike never mind a scooter. 3 mph may be too much for little ones. I am older and it's been years since I rode a bike. I was definitely sore the next day. After our grand maiden voyage we compared notes. My son is over 6 feet tall and almost 200 lbs. We discovered that between his weight and the two small bags of groceries that his battery went down a lot more compared to mine. I'm about 5 foot 2. And 150 lbs. My battery dropped significantly less than his. Pairing was super simple and took minutes. Figuring out which one to pair it to took a hot minute. I need to contact the company for the seat bolt or nut thingy. This one was missing that so the seat kept falling off. The directions weren't the best by any means. I had 3 screws left over but later discovered where they went. They went on the neck of the scooter. So yep only issue is the missing nut or bolt what ever it is.i plan on ordering myself and my son front baskets,cup holders and one more fishing rod holder.(After I locate the 1st one) I The reason for 4 stars is lack of quality control.. The compartment under the seat came warped. It doesn't look as neat. This is a lot of fun. When we returned home we had rode almost 5miles, we were out galavanting for 3hrs having fun. We still had battery left. I am so happy with these. I'll have to carry the groceries next time. I think baskets, cup holder and a rear baskets are great ideas. These are definitely a fun adult ride on scooter. I have a phone holder that I put near the gas pedal. I'm sure I'll be spoken to about it right quick.
