    • Terrible product. False advertising
Team Name: GT11-1
Ok. So this product is terrible. First its false advertising the thing doesnt go close to 25mph and not even close to 20 miles a charge. Its closer to 18mph and about 8 miles a charge. The wheel axil design. Is so unsafe, after every time 8 rode it I have to re tighten the bolts holding it on. The only positive thing I can say about it is the pipe frame is decent. But thats rly hard to mess up. The brakes suck, and the front disk scrapes against the pad so it prob wont last long at all. Good luck replacing it. I did not even mean to purchase this, but the company who sold it strictly would not let me even refuse shipping to return it. And im disappointed in AMAZON for not doing any thing to help when I called and asked. Also there are zero instructions. The average person would never figure out how to set it up. O, the multi tool it came with ( allen key set) was rly nice. Prob the nicest thing in the whole box. Dont purchase from this seller. Dont buy this brand , and if ur gonna get something like this do ur homework. These listing are full of lies. This is the 1st bad review I have given in 13 years of being a prime member. Awful experience ( especially for something bought by accident, litteraly) . Lastly, the wrench provided to fasten the axil was so cheap it got stripped tighning it for the 1st time. This product is unsafe. ... show more

    • DISTANCE QUESTIONABLE
Team Name: GT11-1
So far very enjoyable. I travele within a 5 mile radius around my City of Rochester ny. Bike and scooter friendly. 24 mph top speed. I only lost complete power in the first week of purchase. So now I charge from "A" to "B" Eventually I have to ride as far as itll take me on a single charge. But for now. Everywhere I go is to important to be stranded. Folds up nice if you do have to make a call to get picked up..lol Probably my fault for not being patient enough for a good charge..that's the only hang up..Uncertainty of distance... ... show more

    • You Get What You Pay For.
Team Name: GT11-1
So when I first got it, The assembly was quite easy as there was a manual telling you step by step how to assemble. When I set it up and used it, the braking works well, and the frame is durable. However, the main issue is the fact that the battery does not perform as advertised. It is slower then what the description says. 21 mph is the max and the furthest it went is 10 miles, even on eco mode. So you get what you pay for as it is cheaper then the others for a reason. ... show more

    • Defective waste of money
Team Name: GT11-1
Do not purchase from this seller. They are very dishonest when dealing with customers. Their items are defective and they give customers a hard time or won't respond in a timely fashion when contacted. The electric scooter i bought from them has a defective battery and I've been waiting for a replacement battery for a month now, with them saying that it will be there tomorrow. A whole month has passed and still no battery. I can't say how it rides because I haven't been able to ride it, it's not an easy assembly either. Theirs absolutely nothing I can day about this product except that it comes with a defective battery. ... show more

    • Not as good as it seems.
Team Name: GT11
Got delivered today and I immediately put it together. More assembly than the listing exhibits. Does not go 25mph as stated. Battery life doesn’t seem like it would go 35 miles. It loses a bar going around the block. Must change the settings for it to go faster from E to D
