Ok. So this product is terrible. First its false advertising the thing doesnt go close to 25mph and not even close to 20 miles a charge. Its closer to 18mph and about 8 miles a charge. The wheel axil design. Is so unsafe, after every time 8 rode it I have to re tighten the bolts holding it on. The only positive thing I can say about it is the pipe frame is decent. But thats rly hard to mess up. The brakes suck, and the front disk scrapes against the pad so it prob wont last long at all. Good luck replacing it. I did not even mean to purchase this, but the company who sold it strictly would not let me even refuse shipping to return it. And im disappointed in AMAZON for not doing any thing to help when I called and asked. Also there are zero instructions. The average person would never figure out how to set it up. O, the multi tool it came with ( allen key set) was rly nice. Prob the nicest thing in the whole box. Dont purchase from this seller. Dont buy this brand , and if ur gonna get something like this do ur homework. These listing are full of lies. This is the 1st bad review I have given in 13 years of being a prime member. Awful experience ( especially for something bought by accident, litteraly) . Lastly, the wrench provided to fasten the axil was so cheap it got stripped tighning it for the 1st time. This product is unsafe.

im going to be real here. my kid loves this thing but i was lied to. this was 100% false advertising. while it does work and gets my kid around our small town without issue, putting it together was easy till i got to the breaks. luckily i was a mechanic and know a thing or 2 about disk breaks (super cool that it has disks) i spent over an hour recentering the breaks so they would stop rubbing on the rotor. the handle bars are not center with the wheel, its not off enough to cause any problems but i paid good money for this i expect it to be seamless. it doesnt go 25 miles an hour. top speed is only 18 and it does not have a 35 mile range. we tested the range and speed from a fully charged battery and it is only capable of 18 miles. in conclusion, 18 miles at 18 miles an hour was still worth the money for me and my kid can not stop riding this thing. he loves it, and honestly thats what matters. an 18 mile range is more than enough for a whole day of riding around our 1000 population town between home, the store and friends houses. and its still super cool that it has disk breaks lol

Do not purchase from this seller. They are very dishonest when dealing with customers. Their items are defective and they give customers a hard time or won't respond in a timely fashion when contacted. The electric scooter i bought from them has a defective battery and I've been waiting for a replacement battery for a month now, with them saying that it will be there tomorrow. A whole month has passed and still no battery. I can't say how it rides because I haven't been able to ride it, it's not an easy assembly either. Theirs absolutely nothing I can day about this product except that it comes with a defective battery.

So when I first got it, The assembly was quite easy as there was a manual tellingnyiu step by step how to assemble. When I set it up and used it, the braking works well, and the frame is durable. However, the main issue is the fact that the battery does not perform as advertised. It is slower then what the description says. 21 mph is the max and the furthest it went is 10 miles, even on eco mode. So you get what you pay for as it is cheaper then the others for a reason.

Good build quality looks an rides great only issue battery does not hold a charge an it's a non returnable item an is a 3 rd party so amazon can't help with the return or refund
