Love this little scooter! I'm 63, and decided to get this little bike to putter around on just for fun. It really is fun to ride! It wasn't hard to put together, at least not TOO hard. LOL The back tire had to be aired up, as it was nearly flat. Once aired up, it has held just fine. I have ridden this little scooter all around town, logging a few miles on it now, and I am thoroughly enjoying myself. The only negative I can see, is that my hand gets tired of pulling the throttle back to give it power, but I really don't know any other way they could have manufactured it that would've been much different. It will go a decent speed (I haven't maxed it out yet!), and the brakes work very well. The seat is very comfortable-that was a major concern of mine, as I've had exercise bikes and such in the past with unbearably hard seats. Riding the scooter has been a LOT of fun, and I definitely recommend it for someone wanting to have a fun, easy ride without the aggravation of gas and oil. ... show more

Oh my God, where do I even start? This is the best thing that happened to me 2025. I was sick, but had to keep going to classes, and my campus is quite big. After I took the bus to school, I had to still walk to class and being sick, this made me even more sick. I wanted to get a vertical scooter, but I am really terrified of those, given how many times I've seen people fall from them. I also just didn't like them because some parts of our road were so bumpy, so I felt all the bumps when riding the vertical scooter and it was unsettling. I came here to look for a comfortable scooter, that I could also use for light grocery shopping on some days, and I found this baby. Guys, this is the best, and I cannot say it enough, best scooter out there. I fit on it comfortably, with room for the legs. The design is so slick and this queen's just SOOO pretty, am not even kidding. It is soo comfortable, and I was scared of balance, but I never worried about falling on this thing. I rode it with zero experience, zero lessons from the vertical scooter experts, but rather two hours of practice and that was it. This queen goes maximum 18mph, but I have seen it go 19mph, like no joke. I just wish it had an option to go 20/21mph though. I understand why 18 max though. That's the best feature because this ride goes fast enough to take you where you want to go, but it is slow enough for me to stop it with my feet, without falling or getting hurt. I just have to brake a bit then step down like 3 times, and it will stop. The light is so bright. Assembly was easy, but it took 3 days because I had school, and each time I couldn't figure out what went where, I went to think, then figured later. I wis the instructions were more clear, because at first I was confused. I must say, please take your time to assemble everything carefully and tighten everything well, for your safety. The brakes work well, and I usually use the left one, but avoiding breaking too hard all at once because I almost fell ha-ha. The battery lasts long, depending on how you use it. I charge once 2 bars are left because once I let it die and I was scared it wouldn't resurrect. This scooter is moderately heavy. You can't lift it all up, but you can easily push it out your door. Just avoid letting it fall on your foot because it may actually hurt. The bars look strong guys, the tires are thicker than the small scooters, so I am sure it will last a while, as long as I avoid riding on very bumping roads, sharp rocks etc. All in all, I 97% recommend. Nice function on this great scooter. It took me awhile to put it together because I thought it would be complicated, but it was actually easy. Tools came in the package but I used a hex and socket set to make it quicker. I initially attached the handle bars upside down and when I realized my mistake, it was simple to flip-flop it. We haven’t been able to operate this outside yet because of the weather conditions, and in the garage we’re limited on speed, but I can tell it can go pretty fast and smooth. It’s a nice size for an adult and it’s hefty but not too heavy. Charges pretty quickly and directions for how to keep the battery in optimal condition. ... show more

My dog loves riding this with me easy to assemble, u can adjust the height to fit u very smooth ride can go 18 mph fits in the back seat once it broke down very reliable take about 3 hours to charge, hold a charge for weeks when u only use it to take the trash but battery will run down if u are driving around daily but u can go about 10 miles b4 a charge ... show more

I definitely recommend this scooter! It was fairly easy to put together and comes with the required tools. It comes with the charger as well. The ride is super smooth with quality tires, even on the street. The seat is very comfortable! There are two storage baskets with lots of space for your items. The digital screen is easy to read and displays the speed you are going. This goes quite fast at around 18 mph. It's a great scooter for getting around town and it's more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than driving a car. ... show more

This is exactly as described in description. Speed goes up to 18mph easily. Color is exactly as pictured. This charges very fast and keeps a charge. The power is what you would expect from a scooter. Very study for mtself and my 2 small dogs. Durabily is good as you can easily go over bumps and gravel if needed. The bell provided isn't the best so I do recommend upgrading if that's important to you. ... show more

This scooter has a horrible battery life, the seat is squeaky and uncomfortable. It feels cheaply made, the brakes don’t respond very well and the inner tube blew out without riding on any terrain, just simple sidewalks. Only rode it 5 miles a day, 5 times a week. The battery died every time. It’s too late to get my money back now and if you purchase the protection plan with asurion, good luck, it’s a waste of time, trying to ship this out with ups is going to charge you an extra $50 drop off and charge you to pay for the packaging. I am so disappointed and I don’t know what to do, this is my cat to commute to work. I’m really sad about it. ... show more
