Rides nice, seat is comfy, has good speed soon as u pull the throttle it takes off with no hesitation. I'm about 168 lbs. The battery came fully charged I've went about 6 miles on it already an I'm down to 3 bars left outta 5. Which is actually decent. The customer service was quick to respond when I emailed them. I recommend this scooter and would buy again. Will update after a few uses. ***UPDATE*** 7/28/25 No serious complaints except the seat, it moves a lot but nothing major although if you were to adjust the seat at a higher length I believe it would keep falling down. My seat is all he way down so it moves from side to side an I’ve tightened it as far as i can. Other than the seat I still like this lil scooter and I get a lot of compliments how cool it is especially the 2 baskets. Also, it feels more stable with the larger basket in place with the foot pegs. I will continue to update with as much info as I can to help. ****************** 8/21/2025 Rode it to my job which is 4.4 miles one way. And I went with a full battery an only used 1 battery bar!! I cruised to an from work with no issues! I enjoyed it, it was fun not to mention everyone at my work was complimenting me how cool my bike is! I am now at 57 miles an still runs like new!! Very happy wit this purchase!!! Also I work 3 to 11 pm so I used the head light a still only used one bar as well! *************************** UPDATE 9/12/25 I am still so very pleased with this scooter!! My odometer reads 183 miles right now. And still no issues, battery life still like brand new… its just as good now as when i first got it out of the box. I use it daily 5 days a week approx. 10-5 miles a day to and from work. GET THIS SCOOTER, ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT WRTH THE MONEY!!!

The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome electric scooter! It was packged really well and instructions were easy to follow. I love how it has the 2 storage baskets - so convenient. My high school son used it to get to school faster and placed his backpack in the back basket and his school instrument in the large front storage. No more walking with heavy stuff for him to school! The handlebars are foldable too. I love how I also can use it around my neighborhood and take my 2 small dogs for a ride in the front storage basket. My dogs LOVE it! The 12" tires ride so smoothly and the scooter is so easy to ride and has 3 different speeds you can set it to! It goes up to 18.6 mph so you can get somewhere pretty fast!! Battery life is great and I highly recommend!

I’m so happy I bought this bike after a lot of review. My bike is extremely comfortable to ride easy to ride. Has a lot of storage space batteries is awesome in charge is pretty swim plus my 10-year-old is extremely comfortable as well. Great bike for all ages to get around and enjoy the summer. This scooter has a horrible battery life, the seat is squeaky and uncomfortable. It feels cheaply made, the brakes don’t respond very well and the inner tube blew out without riding on any terrain, just simple sidewalks. Only rode it 5 miles a day, 5 times a week. The battery died every time. It’s too late to get my money back now and if you purchase the protection plan with asurion, good luck, it’s a waste of time, trying to ship this out with ups is going to charge you an extra $50 drop off and charge you to pay for the packaging. I am so disappointed and I don’t know what to do, this is my cat to commute to work. I’m really sad about it.

I received the scooter and it came ahead of time. It was early to assemble, folds just like shown. Easy to ride and so far it runs well and looks good, very sturdy.

My girlfriend purchased this to get to and from work. I told her I didn't think she would like it, and I was right. She rode it one time less than 300 feet before stopping and said she felt to unsafe. I secretly hoped she wouldn't like it so I could use it. Lol. I like it . I did have a issue with the quick release seat. It slipped so I tightened it and when I went to close it the metal handle snapped in half. I did not overtighten it. I've worked on bicycles for years. I saved the screw and nut and just eliminated the broken quick release and tightened the seat manually. I ride it daily to work, the store, and just for fun sometimes. The battery lasts pretty well and depending on riding style will last longer or less. Battery life depends on speed and also if using the lights when riding at night. I was most comfortable around 15mph. The lack of suspension is noticeable, especially on rougher roads. The brakes are not the best, but they work. My rear brake squealed quite a bit for the first 100 miles but has went away now. The lights work well and I was impressed by the brightness. The baskets are a cool extra and are easy to install and remove when not needed. I am quite satisfied with the scooter overall. If taken care of I think it will last a while.

The media could not be loaded. I definitely recommend this scooter! It was fairly easy to put together and comes with the required tools. It comes with the charger as well. The ride is super smooth with quality tires, even on the street. The seat is very comfortable! There are two storage baskets with lots of space for your items. The digital screen is easy to read and displays the speed you are going. This goes quite fast at around 18 mph. It's a great scooter for getting around town and it's more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than driving a car.
