I got these to use on one of my pop-ups to mitigate the wind blowing through them as I work on building a chicken coop outside. I put them up as soon as I got them, and it took me a few to figure out what I was supposed to do since no instructions were included and I didn't have my device with me to look online. I got them up after a few trials & errors, and not long after, the wind started howling! They were several inches longer than my pop-up's highest setting so they dragged through the dust on the ground with each puff of wind. The zippers and velcro held well, so I left it and went inside. It howled all night long, and the next day we had crazy thunderstorms with blustering wind throughout the day, much to my surprise. The day after that, I went outside to inspect the damage, and everything had held up beautifully -- no holes, no tears, not a single strip of velcro had come undone. I was pleasantly surprised, because I really didn't expect that. What timing for me to have put them up and had all that wind and rain blow in right after! Usually I have to wait awhile for weather when I'm testing something outside, but I didn't have a long wait this time. While I was setting it up, before the first big winds, I was grumbling about how hot it was inside my popup after getting just 2 of the sidewalls put up. There are no openings except what blows through the bottom and parts of the top where there might be gaps. That's the only drawback I see with these, but at least they are up front with what you actually get on the page. This was only one storm, one wind event, while they were still new, and I hope they hold up this well into future weather events, but I can't predict that at this point. I can say they held up better than expected through their first trials, so I'm quite happy with that. Giving them 4 stars, and I will come back to update if there are any issues that arise prematurely. At this point, I'm optimistic that they'll last at least one year, hopefully longer, but we'll see. ** UPDATE ** I didn't submit my review immediately, and as it turned out, there was more wild wind overnight (there were forecasts of 40+mph gusts, same as the previous night). I went outside at first light and found a corner of my pop-up had collapsed, and one of the three sidewalls had torn nearly in half. Wow! Upon inspection, I saw that one of the pop-up's beams had snapped. All the sidewalls' velcro and zippers were still perfectly intact, the seams were fine. Only one had ripped down the middle. I'm not changing my review or my rating at this point for 2 reasons: First, this was likely my own fault for leaving the sidewalls completely attached during strong winds; and Second, I don't know if the sidewalls caused the pop-up to snap, or if the broken pop-up caused the sidewall to tear. It was possibly both at the same time, but I just don't know. I wanted to add this update before submitting my review to let others know what happened, and this may be a consideration before purchase. I do blame myself more than the materials for not prepping better for the winds.

The mesh window is useful. This sunshade sidewall fits well my canopy frame. It is made well and feels not any thinner or flimsier than other sidewalls for canopies on the market.

I'm not sure how long these sides would last with repeated use. They seem very thin, the plastic windows are clear but again they're thin. Once erected they provided good shelter from rain and wind. The kids enjoyed having a place to sit and get out of the sun. Once thing I did notice is that the zippers appear to be different length. I'm not sure how much this will impact over all performance long term but it's not a good look for product quality. Perhaps I didn't set the sides up correctly but there are no instructions nor are there markings of which panel is which. Do they work? Yes. Is the overall quality questionable? Also yes.
