I really wanted a reliable scooter that could get him to school quickly and loved this scooter until a few days ago when he got an S1 error message and couldn't use it. Was skittish about buying an electric scooter for my child for school transportation. But to my amazement its a perfect option versus walking or riding a basic scooter. My daughter loves her new electric scooter and it's cut her commute to and from school by a big margin. The battery so far has not gone done below 90% for 7 days of use. Granted school is about just a bit more that a quarter mile so half mile combined to home. But that's not including the added ride around the street cause of excitement. All in all perfect purchase.     • It’s great for the price but-
The light on it is dim. The tires are not well gripped and does not have an air tube. The battery warning sucks. Once one bar goes down it’s actually half. I’ve had it die on me twice because of that. Have it charged for every ride to avoid a dead battery. You might want to buy a light attachment

Works okay for my 225 pound teen plus his football equipment. Goes a max of 19 mph but won't work at all on steep hills. The only others issue is the collapse mechanism kind of sticks so my kid rarely collapses it

Received on Tuesday Sept 3rd 2024 today is Sept 6th 2024. The scooter was charged to full before using and as of today the scooter to does accelerate past 3 MPH. Battery shows fully charged. This is extremely frustrating as this is my daughters only means of getting around a large college campus. I've emailed the manufacturer with no response. I would rate this zero if I could.
