So we had bought these scooters for our boys for Christmas given the idea that by spring they'd be able to ride them and be with their friends whom also had their parents buy them electric scooters well the first time both of them got onto them they had immediate issues with the acceleration of the scooter's sometimes they would go up to the speed that they were supposed to go and sometimes you literally had to push start it for them to go anywhere then on my one son scooter from the time you got it has had break issues we thought maybe if we just tighten the break up it would help nope it didn't then the wire that goes from the handlebars to the bottom of the scooter I'm assuming where the battery is has to be messed with because it'll go into this F5 mode or something and it won't go anywhere at all so long story short we've had nothing but issues with these scooters since we bought them which is very frustrating because I mean not like they were cheap we paid a good amount of money for these scooters and we didn't get what we were under the assumption of getting so my sons have both not been able to ride them and trying to get in contact with anybody is like pulling teeth I'm not very happy we work hard for our money and we don't like to throw it away these scooters definitely were not worth the money we paid for them I just hope somebody contacts us this time in regards to this issue as you can see in the photo demonstrated below we had to put a screw inside of where the other screws popped out that held the scooters together this is on both of the scooters by the way

Great basic beginner full size e scooter, tops out around 17 mph, great battery life enough to commute around town. Easy to fold and store, multiple drive modes however I just leave mine in the factory setting to not deal with more apps. I love mine.

I really love this scooter. I spend about $200 in Ubers a month so this thing has already paid for itself. One thing I will point out is the advertised speeds are a bit higher but it’s not really that big of a deal. It also might depend on the weight of the rider. I’m 180 and this scooter goes 16 on normal sidewalks, 18 downhill, and probably around 10 or 11 mph uphill. I can usually get 10 km out of a max charge but that also depends on how you ride. Perfect for getting to work, picking up a few groceries, or just going to a friends house. For the price I don’t really think I have much to actually complain about. If you’re walking everywhere already just buy this. You won’t regret it.

This scooter has exceeded my expectations! Its a fantastic value for the price, as I anticipate it lasting for a very long time, and i am certain that it would be impossible for my daughter's to outgrow it. Originally purchased for my 9 year old, 55lb daughter, but I can easily ride it myself as a 150lb adult, and even my adult sized 15 yr old son has an absolute blast scooting around on this thing! Its pretty fast for what it is, but not so much so that I worry about anyone getting hurt. I appreciate the headlight and brake lights, for more visibility. Also, this scooter is very quiet! One of my kiddos friends has another brand of electric scooter, and by comparison that one is very very loud. Obviously this one is very cute and I like the fact that it comes in different colors. The little screen that shows your speed and battery life is super handy and a nice user friendly feature! I like that it also has 3 settings for speed/battery life ( eco, normal, fast) the scooter was virtually ready to go out of the box, with very little needed to be put together and ready. My 9yr old put it together herself, and has not needed any help with anything having to do with the scooter. I have not installed the app yet, so no comments on that, except for the fact that I definitely like the idea of being able to locate the scooter if it happens to be left somewhere or taken. Overall, after spending wayyy too much time comparing scooters ( I am big on getting the most out of my money) I landed on this one, and am so so happy I did!! And so our my kids :) would absolutely buy again

This scooter is very fast. It will go 19Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. The 3 speed modes make it convenient to operate at the speed you want to go. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front and brake light makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I love the colors. The gray floor really makes this scooter look stylish. I really enjoy riding this scooter. Very much recommend this product to anyone. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy to set up and I love this functionality.
