What a slick looking scooter with a seat and storage space. It was packaged well and installs easily in under 30 minutes. The scooter itself is nice and sturdy. The software is simple to use and includes a software lock to lock your scooter without needing any physical cables. The seat is nice, sturdy and comfortable while riding. The under seat storage space is very convenient in holding some personal items including the charger itself. The scooter itself is lightweight and sturdy with a sleek and minimalistic frame. The tires are pneumatic tires that don't require air and take the bumps pretty well. You can go up to 19mph and it has no issues while going that fast. The battery performance is great and it charges up full within a few hours. I am 230lbs and have no issues riding with this. It folds up in seconds so you can store it away easily. Overall it's a nice solid scooter with a included seat that's built tough and easy to assemble, use, and store away.

I wasn’t expecting to like this scooter as much as I do, but it’s been great so far. The setup was quick, and the build quality feels solid right out of the box. The motor has plenty of power for everyday use, and the ride feels smoother than I expected. I’ve been using it for quick trips around town, and the battery has been holding up really well. Braking is strong and predictable, and the lights are bright enough that I feel comfortable riding in the evening. Folding it up is simple, and the whole thing is easier to carry than I thought it would be. The app features are a nice bonus, especially the ability to lock the scooter when I leave it outside a store. Overall, it’s been a really solid purchase. Scooter was packaged well, looked good. My son and I assembled it in about 30 minutes; not too much to assemble, but the instructions were not as clear as they could have been, specifically regarding the seat assembly. We ended up with 1 nut left over; not sure if that was purposely oversupplied or not, but we couldn't find any missing. My son is about 175 lbs and rides it to school, about 1/2 mile from his dorm, 4 days a week. He only had it in use for 2 weeks when the seat failed. The seat support has bent forward and so he now has to stand to ride it. The support isn't likely to be able to be bent back into position, so that isn't a positive. It does keep a charge long enough to do everything he needs and is fast enough to get him to school and back in good time. If not for the weak seat support, I might've given this the full 5, or at least 4 1/2 stars.

This scooter is top of the line. I’ve been riding it for over two hours a day, back and forth, for nearly two months now. It performs well at both high and low speeds, making it great for traveling long distances. The headlights make it very safe to ride at night, and even with the seat attachment, it’s easy to bring onto the bus or ferry by simply removing the seat and folding it up. I was hesitant at first since this was my first e-scooter and my first time commuting such long distances. After doing a lot of research, I decided to give it a try, and I’m very glad I did. The customer service has been excellent; they are responsive and always helpful with any questions I have. The scooter’s luggage compartment is another big advantage. I can fit my lunch box and water bottle in it, which saves my back from the strain of carrying a backpack. For $200, this scooter is an absolute steal and has already paid for itself within two months of use. It has good speed and reliable braking power, stopping within a few meters even in crowded areas. I often ride around my college campus where students are constantly crossing the paths, and it handles those situations safely. Just be sure to keep your speed in check when it’s busy. People frequently ask me about this scooter, especially those with mobility issues, long commutes, or who need something light for errands or grocery runs. I am honestly going to say: it is a great product and a fantastic investment. And frankly, this scooter is fun as hell to ride! It's small enough that there's novelty to it. Genuinely, I highly recommend this scooter! Just don't forget a helmet!
