I love this scooter. It is taller than other scooters and does not feel like it’s for kids unlike others. It has the perfect power to go up to speed and doesn’t feel dangerous even with the max speed. I like the suspension and it really makes the ride smoother. The brakes are really good too, it stops right away as you press the brakes. The app control is also cool, the fact that you can see and change riding modes of the scooter. It also does not take too much space, you can easily store it when folded. I haven’t had to charge the battery since I got it. I recommend this to anyone who wants to get a scooter. Overall, a really good buy! Worth every penny.

Purchased this scooter for my son for Christmas. I live in Chicago so of course he couldn’t use the product until the weather got better. So now that it’s spring my son was so happy and excited to finally ride his scooter. It worked perfectly the first couple of times riding it but suddenly it started cutting off right in the midst of him riding it which is very dangerous. I purchased the Asurion insurance and I called them but they said it’s still under manufactures warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and they said because it was past the original return date I needed to go through Amazon to reach them. I called Amazon and they said because it was a 3rd party purchase they would send them the (manufacturer ) a message and if they don’t respond to me within 48h to call them back and they will file a claim with them. So stay tuned for the follow up I will keep you posted. So far I’m disappointed in the product and the customer service.

I’m really happy with this scooter. It’s comfortable to ride, especially because of the seat, and it’s perfect for short trips or running errands. The speed is good, and the battery lasts long enough for everyday use. The scooter feels stable, and the ride is smooth even on not-perfect roads. Assembly was easy, and overall it looks nice too. The only small downside is that it’s a bit heavy, but that’s expected for this type of scooter. Overall, great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it!

I originally bought this scooter for my husband to cruise around the neighborhood and ride to nearby restaurants, and it did not disappoint! We live in a pretty hilly area, and it handles the hills surprisingly well. It does slow down a bit on steeper inclines, but it still makes it up without any issues, which is a huge plus. The dual suspension is a game changer. The ride is so smooth and comfortable, even on uneven pavement. It made such a difference that our two kids didn’t even want to ride their old scooters anymore, so we ended up getting two more of these. Now we have three, and they’re all still going strong! Overall, a great purchase for both fun and convenience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, smooth-riding scooter.
