Just bought this product a month ago and anxiously awaiting my second one. The actual air tires make a very big difference when I'm riding. Solid wheels don't absorb bumps and rocks too well. The build quality is great! I bought 2 scooters that had solid wheels, and I noticed a big difference. I feel I got more bang for my bucks with this model. I choose this one for the 10" pneumatic tires and the simple control features. No app! I also love the turn indicators and front and rear lights. It's easy and smooth to ride. Great cushioning over rough surfaces. Take off is almost immediate. Controls are easy to see. Fit and finish is smooth and solid. Floor board is wide and slip proof. I've had the other "Big 3" basic scooters but this one surpasses them all. Customer service is tops with prompt responses. I plan to use this scooter while camping. Great for the money! The pneumatic air filled tires make a world of difference! Definitely better than solid or honeycomb tires, it handles bumps way better. My only issue is that there is no app! If that is not a big deal for you, this is the best scooter under $200 by far!

I bought this scooter as a graduation gift for my son, so he can save gas and be able to get around on campus being a freshman. I'm am so pleased to say it's sturdy durability is worth every penny spent. The weight capacity is over 260lbs + and the speed is great. It folds very easy. He loves the turn signals, brake light and the headlights especially at night because he's visible to others. It's has way more features than then described. Battery life is long lasting. Height adjustment is good. So many good things but the best is the scooter allow my son to make it to class on time and 2 months as a college student he was just inducted in to the Honors College and has all A's I'm so proud of him and he so thankful he doesn't have to walk around campus and he said it's fun to ride with great functionality. I bought this scooter as a birthday gift for my son, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Right out of the box, the scooter refused to charge — it doesn’t hold any charge and sometimes won’t even power on at all. The build quality is extremely flimsy. It feels cheap and unstable, which is especially concerning for a product meant for kids. The most alarming issue is that the scooter has a habit of randomly accelerating during use, which is a serious safety hazard. Adding to the frustration, the seller seems to be using deceptive tactics. They list the scooter at an attractively low price but sneak in a non-refundable shipping cost, making returns costly and discouraging. Overall, this is one of the worst purchases I’ve made on Amazon. I strongly advise avoiding this brand and its products. There are much safer and more reliable options out there.
