Easy to assemble with four provided screws. Came completely pre-charged. The shocks in the front are unique and this is one of the reasons I bought this one.     • Missing screws & dead on arrival

Received the scooter missing the screws so had to go to 2 separate hardware stores to get the correct size (was told my only other option was completely returning it & ordering a new one so figured this was the easier option). Finally get the screws in and go to turn on the scooter after fully charging it.. but it won’t turn on. If only I realized on day one it was dead on arrival. Now I have a dead scooter that I can only get a refund on after I return it. Suggestion on day one- don’t throw out the box it comes in, check you have all the pieces, and try turning it on after fully charging it asap. Although it won’t move, it sure does look pretty! Disappointing, but maybe a sign from God this scooter for my commute is not worth the risks lol ... show more

This is my first electric scooter, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have to say the customer service has been outstanding. The scooter was easy to assemble—just a few screws to tighten. I did notice a small paint chip right away, but after sending pictures to customer service, they responded within 12 hours and quickly helped me resolve the issue. As for the scooter itself, I’m very happy with the ride. It’s enjoyable to take out, and the power is quite impressive. I’m glad I trusted the high reviews when making my purchase. *9/16 the company contacted me and said they will send a replacement** *9/17Replacement has been sent- delivery due 9/23* On the 3rd day it broke and the stem came loose while my nephew was riding it. Luckily he wasn’t going too fast and was able to walk it the few blocks home. I can see that the part was installed incorrectly at an angle and cause the part to fail. The screws are stripped as well as the bracket is bent. Otherwise we really liked this scooter and the way it handled but I can see it wasn’t assembled with care. I’m also very disappointed that they don’t send a replacement- I have to send it back, printing out 2 labels and then I have to wait for my return to process to get a refund. I purchased this so my nephew could get back and forth to school but now we don’t have a way for him this week, and have to buy something else. Very inconvenient. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my second scooter and I’m so impressed. The stability and speed is amazing. I can’t believe how smooth this is and how much better this drives than my other scooter that cost twice the price. This is a load of fun and a great little transport for buzzing around the neighborhood or wherever you want to go. By the way, this thing came pre-charged and all I had to do was fold up the handlebar and lock it in place. Can’t get much easier than that. Love the headlight. terrible scooter, started turning off on me and not charging, one day it just stopped charging at all then turned off and never turned back on, they were unable to provide me with a refund, i thought that before i bought this that it will be good and it turned out to be terrible including the battery life which sucked, it also does NOT go 22 mph so it is a false advertisment ... show more
