** Update August 2026 ** They have great customer service. One day the handle of the scooter broke off at the pin where it connects to the base and folds down. I needed a new pin so I contacted them directly using the email address that comes in the paperwork you receive with the scooter. They sent me a new pin to my house and I was able to install it using the existing wrench that arrived with the scooter. So: save your paperwork and save that wrench they provide. I do think the brackets that the pin goes through and holds the scooter together are just slightly too thin and weak. But if you need a repair you can email them and they wi help you fix the scooter ! I’m loving this scooter. I’ve been using for about 2 weeks now. It is fantastic. My SO has a different big name brand scooter and I’ve used both and they have the same specs. I see many similarities but this one is much better value for money. It has a great speed. 20mph gets me going places quickly and is great for the city streets in the city where I live. I like to take the bike lane but when I’m on the road I can keep up with traffic. The setup was easy. It included the screws and a wrench to attach the handle bars and kick stand. It’s durable. I’ve actually been hit by a car already and the scooter wasn’t damaged. I SCREAMED at that driver and told them to use their eyes. They probably stopped just in time to not run over the scooter. I was able to jump off in time and land on my feet. Always wear a helmet. The noises this thing makes are so fetch. I like the sound of it accelerating and decelerating. I sort of has a similar electric high pitch squeak noise that my LG front load washer makes. The brakes work very well and stop you quickly. The lights are great. I love the turn signal. The bell sounds good and is easy to ring. It’s easy to lock it up with my standard bike U lock. I like using the app also. I can lock the scooter but I’m thinking that’s not for when you lock it up and let it sit all day. I did that when I was at jury duty and I came back to the battery pretty low. I turn it off when I lock it up now. The shocks are great. They handle bumps in the road with ease. I love the tires also; those help with bumps in the road. Finding your balance and maintaining it on this scooter is easy. It works so well. The headlight comes on automatically in night. It is a great light that illuminates the road pretty well. It accelerates really well — faster than my BFs 9bot. I’d say the 40 miles range estimate is pretty accurate. If you’re in the market for a scooter, this is a great choice. I love taking this out to the store, running errands on it, going to appointments or bringing it to friends houses. It’s such a great way to get around — especially in the summer where walking or biking would make me all sweaty.

Ultimate commuter scooter incredibly smooth, long range, but a bit heavy

I got this Electric Scooter for commuting, and it has been an absolute life saver. The build quality feels incredibly solid. It is a bit heavier than I expected, so carrying it up multiple flights of stairs does take some effort, but that extra weight translates to a very sturdy, planted feel while riding. When it comes to performance, the motor does a great job. It is fast and powerful on flat ground, easily cruising up to speed. It does slow down just a little bit on very steep inclines, but it still powers through them reliably. The absolute best part of this scooter is the ride comfort. With the 10 inch tires and the dual suspension, the ride is extremely smooth, it glides right over bumps, cracks, and rough pavement effortlessly. The battery life is also very impressive. It absolutely lives up to the long range claims, allowing me to commute for days on a single charge without constantly worrying about finding an outlet. The combination of high speed, incredible range, and super smooth dual suspension makes this the ultimate commuter scooter. If you can handle the slightly heavier weight, this is a fantastic investment!

Actually Fun to Ride

Acceleration is smooth, and it has enough power to make everyday rides feel effortless. The controls are easy to get used to, and the overall build feels sturdier than I expected. It's not exactly lightweight if you need to carry it up stairs. Once you're riding though, it feels planted and confidence inspiring. But it is light enough that I can easily bunny hop over sewer plates. Acceleration is smooth, and it has enough power to make everyday rides feel effortless, topping around 20mph with a 200lb rider... The controls are intuitive, and the overall build feels sturdier than I expected. It's not exactly lightweight if you need to carry it up stairs. Once you're riding though, it feels planted and confidence inspiring. The suspension is basically unnoticeable. Which is a good thing because it just works without any drama. The headlight is really only good for being seen, doesn't do a whole lot for lighting the road but it's better than nothing. The blinker lights right in the hand grips are perfectly bright and can be seen from the front and the back. The brake light is also adequate. Overall I'd have no issue recommending this scooter for someone looking for something for running local errands.

Fun to ride and fast.

I've been riding this scooter around for a little over a month now and I have to admit that I really enjoy using it. I am a bigger guy, over 6 ft and about 235lbs. So given that I am larger than the typical rider, I knew that the specs would not hold up for me as the rider. Here are my impressions after my time riding so far. With my size I am only getting about 15 miles in sport mode. On the normal mode I can get about 25 miles. I have not put it into pedestrian mode, which only goes about 4 or 5 mph, because, well, I would just walk if i was going to do that. It has a great suspension. I jump it off the curb and do wheelies upon landing. The scooter has taillights, turn signals, and a head light. The headlight turns on when the daylight is fading, but I found that using an auxiliary light is needed if using it in the true dark of night. The turn signals work really well and they have helped me avoid any potential collisions. The taillight lights up whenever you hit the brakes and does a good job illuminating behind as a signal to those approaching from the rear. With all the use I've had on it, I have not had any issues with the scooter breaking down or giving weird noises. It has been solid and durable. On a few occasions I have folded it up and placed it in my trunk to take to the beach or the lake for rides. It only weights about 40 lbs. or so which makes it very portable. Overall, this scooter is very fun, easy to use, and provides hours of enjoyment for me.

5 Stars — But It Could Easily Be 10 Stars To understand the exact specs of this scooter, please review the details in this specific Amazon listing. There are several other scooters by the same manufacturer that have different specs. Some have smaller batteries, some do not have air tires, and some may have other differences. My review is for the specific scooter shown in this listing. This is the first electric scooter I have owned, and it is also the first time I have ever ridden one. I am an adult, about 230 pounds, and this scooter far exceeded my expectations. The scooter feels well built, durable, and solid. Over the last two weeks, I have ridden it about 70 miles across multiple ride sessions. The battery seems very efficient. I was not able to test the full distance in one ride, mostly because my neighborhood is smaller, but the battery had enough power for me to easily ride about 10, 15, and even close to 20 miles during different sessions. The scooter also had enough power to go up mild to moderately sized neighborhood inclines, as well as different areas where I have taken it. It is not really designed for off-road riding, mostly because of the tires, but I was able to take it through small, light dirt trails when needed. Overall, I am extremely happy with this scooter. In my opinion, if I were going to buy another scooter, I would buy this one again. It is perfect for first-time scooter riders and for adults who want something simple, fun, and reliable to ride around. It also seems powerful enough for local rides and small commutes, depending on your area. I would easily recommend this scooter to anyone in the market for one. I believe the price is very reasonable compared to other electric scooters I have seen, especially considering the quality, battery capacity, and motor power. Again, I am very happy with it. Easily 5 stars.

Easy to Operate

I am 60 years old, turning 61, and this is my first electric scooter. I approached it cautiously and treated it like riding a motorcycle, using a helmet, heavy clothing, sturdy shoes, and gloves. The scooter’s default mode required a push to get moving before the motor engaged. I found this a bit unstable at first, but the iPhone app made it easy to change the setting so the throttle works without needing initial motion, which felt much safer for me. The app is straightforward and intuitive. It also includes a “lock” feature; however, I did not like that in lock mode the scooter cannot be turned off and, according to the manual, remains on until the battery is depleted. Speed is more than sufficient—actually faster than I am comfortable with—so I kept it in a lower setting. In that mode, it was easy to control and the turn signals worked well. The main downside was shipping-related damage. The packaging did not adequately protect the scooter, and the rear fender arrived cracked with a small piece broken off (as shown in the photo). Overall, this appears to be a well-designed scooter that is easy to operate and enjoyable to ride, and I look forward to becoming more confident with it over time.

Powerful, Comfortable Ride with Impressive Range and Suspension

I ordered this electric scooter primarily for commuting and running errands, and after spending some time with it I’m genuinely impressed by the combination of power, ride comfort, and features for the price. Assembly was straightforward, and the scooter felt solid and well-built right out of the box. The frame feels sturdy, and the deck provides plenty of room for comfortable footing. The folding mechanism is easy to use and makes it convenient to store in a garage, office, or vehicle. The motor provides plenty of power for everyday riding. Acceleration is smooth, and the scooter reaches its advertised top speed quickly while still feeling stable. I also tested it on moderate inclines and was pleased with how well it maintained speed compared to smaller scooters I’ve used in the past. One of the standout features is the suspension system. The front and rear suspension do a great job absorbing cracks, bumps, and uneven pavement. Combined with the 10-inch tires, the ride feels much smoother than many entry-level scooters that transmit every imperfection in the road directly to the rider. The companion app is useful. I was able to monitor battery life, adjust settings, lock the scooter, and customize riding preferences directly from my phone. The LED display is bright and easy to read while riding. Battery performance has been excellent. While actual range will always vary based on rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style, I found the battery more than capable of handling multiple days of normal commuting between charges. The ability to switch between riding modes helps conserve battery when maximum speed isn’t needed. Safety features are also well thought out. The braking system feels responsive, the deck provides good grip, and the automatic lighting system improves visibility during evening rides. This scooter offers a great balance of power, comfort, range, and smart features.
