Got for my son to ride to school everyday which is right next to our neighborhood. It worked great for the first two weeks and now suddenly wont run at all. It will turn on and then shut off. I’ll be returning it and getting a different brand. Very disappointing

I've been using this electric scooter for my daily commute. The peak 600W motor gives plenty of power, and it easily hits the advertised speed. The dual suspension really makes a noticeable difference on bumpy city roads, the ride feels smooth and not jarring at all. These solid tires are hard; I think pneumatic tires would give a more comfortable ride. Folding it down is quick and straightforward, so I can store it easily at home or bring it inside my apartment. Battery life is solid, I get around 20 miles on a full charge which fits my daily travel needs. The app control works smoothly, and the built-in front and rear lights are super helpful for evening rides. Build quality feels sturdy for the price point. Scooter is great but it’s so heavy the hook on the back broke off along with the backlight after I folded it up and picked it up. Other than that it’s a great scooter. Just keep in mind the hook isint designed to handle the weight of the scooter

I bought this scooter as a 16 year old and I was really excited it’s been something I’ve always wanted. When It got here I was absolutely stoked. Once I set it up I went outside and rode for 5 minutes down to foodlion at 20mph, and suddenly it stopped working. It said an error code and I tried everything to fix it. It was delivered very quick! Packed and secured properly and the assembly was so easy! We set it up for 10 mins and it was ready to go! I like how it looks and it’s very easy to maneuver. The materials used seemed high quality. Can’t wait to use this for long range travel!
