Really cool scooter. Really bad owners manual. If you buy this get ready to figure it out. None of the functions are explained. I've had it for a few weeks and still haven't been able to hook up the Bluetooth, use cruise control, or even fold the handle down Luckily after an hour of trolling the internet I figured out how to power it on using the password. I really like riding it though, despite not doing the advertised speed. On a downhill grade I can get it up in to the low 40+ range. I weight 200lbs though. I would still recommend ... show more

It is super cool, but no cruise control, only does 50mph. I already have a flat tire and can’t find a tire to replace it. The tire shop won’t touch it to put a tube in. So it sits until I can figure this out. Which sucks bc it’s summer and I want to ride with my kids.

This was my first electric scooter, and I’ve been riding it constantly since day one. The JL86 feels solid and well-built. The deck is wide enough to carry a couple of grocery bags, and the suspension can be easily adjusted based on your weight or road conditions. After months of heavy use, I had some normal wear and tear — a spring came loose, and I replaced it easily with two bolts. I’ve replaced the rear tire a few times (I ride a lot), but that’s expected. The real highlight is the customer service! When I noticed a small crack on the steering column, they immediately sent me a free replacement part. That level of support deserves 5 stars — both for the scooter and the company! ... show more
