The media could not be loaded. The bad (or “baddish”) The build quality is what I’d call industrial—not polished. If you’re very particular about fit and finish, you may not like this scooter. There are no assembly instructions included, and I couldn’t find any online. That’s usually fine, but the front wheel installation required some guesswork. Here’s what worked for me: 1. The front wheel arrived with a piece of threaded rod already inserted, and a smooth axle with threaded ends included. I used the smooth axle (I believe that was correct). 2. Slide the axle through the wheel. Put the small spacer on the disc brake side and the larger spacer on the other side. 3. Place the wheel in the fork, add the wheel retainer on the outside, then add a washer over it before tightening the axle nut. I’m not a bike/scooter expert, but this approach made the most sense to me, and the brake alignment looked correct. Next: the head tube was bent from shipping. I used a pipe-spreader tool to reshape it. It worked, but the plastic insert was misaligned, so the handlebars sit slightly off. I’m still adjusting it as I go. Also (opinion): the ride isn’t as smooth as I expected, but it’s still far better than a \$150 scooter with no suspension. What you receive also isn’t exactly what’s pictured: mine has a tube frame rather than a solid frame. That said, it hasn’t affected ride quality or functionality. Finally, battery life isn’t as advertised. I’m not getting more than ~15 miles in ECO mode. For reference, I’m about 200 lb (90 kg). I’ve ridden several high-end scooters, and this one competes with models costing $300+ more. 48V 15AH battery, 1000W peak motor, 25MPH, 35 mile range — all legit. The dual disc brakes are better than many e-bikes. Folding mechanism is sturdy, no wobble. The adjustable seat and storage box are rare at this price. Charging takes about 6 hours from empty. I am skeptical about the 35 mile range, but this scooter has indeed achieved it. I ride 15 miles back and forth to work, and the battery still shows 50% remaining power. A top speed of 25 miles per hour is reasonable - I can easily keep up with the traffic in the city. The 48V 15AH battery takes about 5 hours to charge, so I plugged it into my desk and went home. 14 inch tires and dual suspension make potholes and bumps feel meaningless.
