I will come back, and re-score this, after I’ve used it for a month or so, but I’m hosting it now as a five star. Because the seller has good customer service communication quickly. They do like you to upload a video if you have a problem. However, they get back to you almost immediately. Or they did in our case. So yes, about the instruction manual for building it. It is extremely small and hard to read. So I don’t know if you could take a photo of it and enlarge it, and because of this, I missed an issue. So initially I built it and then it wouldn’t turn on. I could not start it. The battery just wouldn’t take it all. So I was gonna go to the return process, but I decided to contact the seller 1st, they did ask for a video of the issue, when they got back via email, they said that I needed to remove the red tape that’s on the battery box on the bottom of the battery box, and I must’ve missed that in the manual because it’s so damn small. So once I remove that tape, you turn the toggle switch and now the bike works perfectly fine. Yes, the handlebars on mine were kind of not lined up. But they worked fine. And the basket was weird because they give you four screws, but only two will work, it’s a good price. The battery has been lasting a good while. I do feel safe, driving it around the neighborhood, and it’s worth the money. I’ve had back surgery, so I’m having trouble walking, but I’d like to visit the neighbors and we have a big hills in our neighborhood, and our cul-de-sac road. So that’s how I get to my neighbors house that’s about a half mile away. At the moment I can recommend it. Like I said, I will come back and re-view it and re-scored if something changes.

I received this scooter 2 days ago, on a Friday, and started assembling it to realize there are no assembly instruction's! There’s a User Manual which I saw on the comments that contained the instructions but they do not. I contacted the seller to ask them to send me an instructional video since the one under Customer Support was for a different scooter, and they contacted me the next morning, asking me to send videos of the areas I need help with. I told them I need help with it all, and to send me a manual or video on how to assemble it. I’d been waiting all day and I needed to get groceries (my car wasn’t available) so we tried to do it ourselves based on another 1min video someone else posted. We got it together but the headlight doesn’t stay up, I think there’s a screw missing and the fender on the front is crooked and rubs when I test drove it. Also, the handle bars are not as tall as they appear and slid down while riding it. The basket that comes with it had a few holes that didn’t really line up properly so on my way back from test driving it, I only went around the block, 3 of the screws fell out and the basket was just hanging off the side. Now I have to disassemble the whole thing and try to send it back for a refund. I will look into another company for sure, very disappointing! UPDATE: Today the seller sent me a return label that I have to pay shipping for, to Canada, and the product is detective. I can’t believe this.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU PURCHASE THIS!!!

The 14-inch tires and dual suspension make a huge difference. My old scooter had small tires and no suspension, and I felt every crack. This one glides over bumps. The 25 MPH top speed is perfect for keeping up with local traffic on side streets. Charging takes around 5 hours from empty—I just plug it in overnight. The foldable design is easy to carry up my office stairs. Really enjoying my daily commute now.

My weight is nearly 270 pounds, and this scooter is perfect for me. The weight limit of 300 pounds gave me confidence. Even at a speed of 25 miles per hour, the dual disc brakes can stop smoothly. The battery voltage is 48V 15AH, driving about 34 miles on a flat road. The storage compartment behind the seat is convenient for storing my phone, charger, and other items. When I ride nearby, three speed modes can help me save electricity.

I live in an area with steep hills, and the 25 degree climbing ability of this scooter has changed the rules of the game. The 1000W peak motor pulled me up without slowing down. The battery has a long lifespan and can travel about 33 miles when fully charged. Dual suspension can smooth cracked roads, and 14 inch tires feel stable at higher speeds. In addition, adjustable seats make longer rides more comfortable. The folding function is also very good.

I am a college student, and this scooter allows me to quickly cross the campus and reach the shops. The speed of 25 miles per hour is faster than most bicycles, but the three speed modes allowed me to slow down in crowded areas. There are my laptop bag and other items in the storage box. Charging takes about 5-6 hours. 25 掳 climbing can effectively handle campus ramps. The folding mechanism is very simple.
