The ECOROAD Explorer actually solved that 'last mile' problem from the subway to my office – about 2 miles. Been using it almost 1 week. The battery easily lasts me a week (around 4 miles daily), just charge it on weekends. Acceleration is decent, handles the small incline up to my office building fine. The suspension though... yeah, you feel every bump, especially over manhole covers – hands get a bit numb. Folds up easily and fits perfectly under my desk.
