The motor has plenty of power, and it gets up to around 19 mph pretty quickly. The ride feels smooth and steady. The headlight is nice and bright and there is a tail light too. The tail light blinks when you pull the brake, which is a nice feature. The battery life has been solid—I can go through my usual errands and commute without having to recharge right away. The folding feature is super handy too for when I take it on trips. It’s easy to carry when I need to and doesn’t take up much space. Dangerous rear cast aluminum spoke wheel is too light duty for the weight and speed. After a few days of riding - only 1 recharge - it catastrophically failed and caused a major fall to my 10th old. It is otherwise well built and works well. But I will look closer at other designs before making a replacement selection. ... show more

    • Fun scooter that will also make for an awesome commuter.
The media could not be loaded. This scooter is an awesome value. 've had a few lighter and heavier people on it several times and it just keeps going. The battery lasts a long time on it as well so it makes for a great city commuter scooter. The height is perfect for me (roughly 5'7") and would be fine for someone a bit taller as well. It's incredibly easy to pack around as it has a clip the holds it closed in the collapsed state, all you have to do is pick it up and go. The kickstand is easy to operate and works while it's collapsed as well. The material feels very high quality. I've gone off curbs several times and I don't feel like it will break at all. It's a nice durable metal frame with pretty good quality looking welds. It also has a headlight if you're riding in the dark + reflectors and flashing brake light to really get the attention of anyone that might not otherwise see you. I plan to use it for my commute which is a few miles from my house. I likely will only need to recharge it weekly, if that. I've already had several people ask me about it and I wanted to ride alit around for a while before giving my verdict. Now I can confidently say it's been awesome. ... show more

    • You get what you pay for. These are good enough.
Bought two of these. One came put together well. The other had the rear fender missing some screws(rattled a lot) and the handle bars holes didn’t line up well during assembly. I filed the tube down to get the holes to line up for the handle bars. Just expect to get what you pay for in an inexpensive scooter from China. The app was strange to setup. The app apparently can setup LOTS Of devices with Bluetooth. Search through all the options in the app and you will find a scooter eventually. The app setup easily even with two scooters on the same app. Check all your fasteners before you ride. First ride went well. These aren’t fast, but in sport mode they move fast enough. Absolutely worth it for the price. The app is very good. You can lock it, track speed, see battery percentage, and also see the total mileage, which is pretty cool. It is stable and has power too. Was easy to set up.

It works well for short distances but there is no suspension so any in even terrain should be avoided. Spend the extra money on a better one. Not very durable screws come undone to easy. Not really worth the money

The media could not be loaded. This electric scooter is really good and sturdy. Even though it says for adults even kids can drive it with good control and it’s safe because it has a very good balance. There are 3 modes of ride, with kids we can be on the economical so it won’t drive fast. It is foldable light enough for last-mile style use. It has a range of 20 which is good for local use. Based on weight of the person driving the speeds are restricted. The led light display is helpful to connect smartphones and we can check the battery, distance travelled.     • Horrible Customer Service & unsafe to use
I can't realistically rate the scooter, because I've been unable to use it. On arrival and while trying to assemble the scooter, there was a manufacturer's issue and the holes did not align. There was no way to actually affect the handles to the stem and use it safely. What should have been a simple product exchange turned into customer service paddling with me about taking it to a bike shop to fix. Then they said they would reimburse me 20% of whatever the bike shop would charge me. Then they said they would reimburse me 100%. This is all from a random bike shop that they expect me to find in my location by the way. When they finally agreed to exchange the product, they told me I had to use Amazon services to return it. Only because of the constant haggling and going back and forth, I missed the return window. I would have loved to use it. I would have loved to give an honest review about the machine itself. Unfortunately customer service made sure that I couldn't do that.. ... show more
