  • Official glue of primates!
Size: 1 - Pack
I love Gorilla products. I once reported a defective can, and they followed up so thoroughly I had to assert a boundary. They sent me gift cards. This is a great company. If their products won't fix it, you don't need it.

  • Perfect for elastic Apple Watch bands and other uses
Size: 1 - Pack
I used three different glues to test which was best to glue 1” elastic to create Apple Watch bands, and of the three this Gorilla clear grip was the best on multiple levels. The clear vs. one with a light putty color was obviously better since some glue inevitably oozes out the sides and shows, so clear is mostly invisible. Second quality, the flexibility is optimal since I want the band to be flexible where it’s glued so it’s comfortable to wear the watch band. And finally, comparing this glue with another similar clear gel glue - I discovered that the Gorilla clear grip has a great ‘rub off’ quality - after the bands have set in place for about 15 minutes or so, I remove the clamps and while the glue is still soft enough I can just rub off the part that oozed out the sides to clean it up. If I waited longer such as half hour, the glue is still somewhat stretchy and rubbery and I can pull the excess ooze off the edge. In contrast, the other clear glue I used did not have this rubbery consistency and the oozed sides could not be scraped, pulled or rubbed off after it tried - so the result just stayed looking a little messier. As to the strength, I have to stretch the bands a bit to get them on and off my wrist and the glue holds perfectly, I also keep my watch band on in the shower or in the ocean at the beach, and there has been no loosening of the glue at all. I also used the same three glues as a test in gluing small items inside a fairy house that will be placed outside in the elements. I glued the miniature furniture onto a test board and the next day checked to see how hard it was to pry it off - and once again, the Gorilla clear grip held the firmest over the other two highest rated alternatives. Being clear is obviously best in this use since the tiny furniture legs glued onto a mini house floor look most realistic if you can’t see the glue. ... show more

  • Pretty good
Size: 1 - Pack
This was holding pretty well, but some things came unglued after a few days. No rhyme or reason why when all of the items I used it on are pretty identical in surface texture, size, and weight.

  • good adhesive but not as permanent as good old cheap contact cement
Size: 3 - Pack
This comes out thick. It holds aggressively but is not as permanent as contact cement. After it has fully cured, you can pull the two glued objects apart (with difficulty). It's good stuff if you want a thick, aggressive hold. Good old cheap contact cement is better if you prefer a thin glue with a permanent hold. ... show more

  • This glue will fuse things together better than the Potara earrings from Dragon Ball
Size: 1 - Pack
Well... This glue is amazing. So I had a shaving brush fall apart on me... It had some crappy glue holding the brush to the handle. As I shave in the shower, I wanted something to hold it together that was strong. Following the directions, I put the glue on both the inside of the handle and the bottom of the brush, waited 2 minutes, and then joined the pieces. After several hot showers shave the glue has held strong without any signs of failing me. Even a small portion of the glue which spilled over around the joint has yet to even discolor, remains clear, and this is absolutely fantastic. additionally, I had a fake-drawer in a cabinet I tried to use this glue on... I thought it wasn't enough to hold it, I had glued both sides and left it to sit for about 12 hours... after that, I pushed the face into the cabinet in the proper location and... remarkably, the glue had enough strength to hold the thing in place, despite drying for some time! Amazing glue, great stuff! I only wish it came in a slightly smaller container because I probably will never use this entire tube... this is like... a lifetime supply for me. ... show more

  • Hmmm... lots of glowing reviews for repairing boots, but not my experience
Size: 1 - Pack
Seems every review site comes down to two adhesives for fixing separating boot soles - either Shoe-Goo or this Gorilla Glue Clear Grip. I've always used an epoxy, but results are hit/miss, though I usually am using it to fix slippers and they're pretty much trashed by the time I try to repair them. ANYWAY... my good Timberland hiking boots are old, but solid. The edges of the soles on both shoes have become unstuck & are pulling away from the leather. Since these are good boots, I wanted to get the best. So I ordered BOTH Shoe-Goo and Clear Grip. The Shoe-Goo... forget it. Two days, and still not cured. The Clear Grip... I used it first like any adhesive, and the results were disasterous. So I cleaned out all the gunk, and treated it like the contact adhesive that it is... results were "better" in that the soles stayed stuck long enough to walk around, but even with 24hr curing, the adhesion failed miserably. So I mixed up my favorite epoxy & voila - stuck like GLUE. The epoxy is a bit flexible, unlike super-glue, and I've done serious work in these boots since repairing them, in some serious mud and water - adhesion is perfect. Take all those Shoe-Goo vs. Clear Grip reviews with a grain of salt... they're meant for people who wear their shoes gently, I guess. Get some decent epoxy, not super-glue, mix it up and fix your sole... ... show more
