Delivery was a week early 👍. Box looked in good conditions but the back light was busted when I opened and took it out for checking and assembly.👎 One of the tires was completely empty and the other one was half way empty.👎 Finally got it all fixed (new back light, tires aired up, and all nuts and bolts tightened)🤦🏻♂️ Take it out for a ride to check it out, everything is fine till I check the max speed witch only when up to 21mph.🤷🏻♂️ Advertising said 25-30mph max speed. That don’t really bother me because I’m not a speed runner anyway but still it was bad advertising but the manual does say 25mph max speed. It is comfortable👍. The acceleration felt smooth instead of jerky, which made starts at intersections feel natural rather than rushed. What stood out most was how the ride handled uneven pavement. Cracks, small bumps, and rough patches didn’t travel straight up my legs the way they usually do. Between the tires and the suspension, the scooter felt more like gliding than rolling. Terrible seller. Scooter came with broken tail light. It’s defective and doesn’t hold a charge. I’m trying to return item for a refund a seller isn’t getting back to me. I have to go through Amazon customer service and trying to get a refund.
