I can say for my first electric scooter this one’s pretty fun to ride while I’m out with my kids on their scooters or when I want to make a quick run to the store for little things not wanting to waste gas in my truck. Scooter comes 100% pre assembled, and the battery life is pretty good for what it is. The only thing that gave me a headache was changing the rear inner tube lol just going to give anyone who needs to change the tire and inner tube, gather a universe of patience and a little extra arm strength lol. These tire types are small but the sidewalls are soooooo hard to mount and unmount on the rims, I had to do some deep breathing relax moments with this thing haha. But other then that the lights are SUPER bright at night and the turn signals are so cool too on a little scooter. My kids say when I’m riding full speed past the house this scooter sounds like a car rolling by from the knobby tires. 100% would recommend this scooter to anyone who’s looking for something to go on road and light off road and still have fun! Pretty fast too! Does around 28 mph, and I’m 230 pounds and this scooter hauls me like it’s nothing! Edit: Riding around some more on this scooter, I have realized the battery doesn’t last as long as my kids scooters which are much slower and their friends scooters. We can cover about 7-9 miles with mine on speed 3 and the scooter dies incredibly fast. Yet if I keep it on level 1 and kind of butterfly the throttle every few feet then the battery will last for about 15-19 miles depending on hill climbing. Still like the scooter, just wish the battery life was better like the competitor brands.

I'm 235lbs and this scooter, does well. I have reach 45mph on flat road. Does well even in shallow grass. The wide foot-board assists in balance and comfort, compared to narrow ones. Only scooter under $500, with all these features, that others don't even if your 265lbs it will do, just fine. Only down fall for some is the accelerator/ignition is more like an accessory and not ergonomic for some to hold on to steering and pull accelerator lever at same time. All in all, good buy!

Depending on the purchaser, this is a very good choice of merely an okay value. I am at the extreme end user candidate. I am probably too old and heavy to be the ideal candidate, but I am still withing the advertised specs. My maximum one way trip has been about 4 miles. It didn't even register on battery usage. There is no issue on flat paved surfaces. I used mode #2 power setting most often. The suspension travel is mostly used up by my weight. I think someone 180lbs or less would be very comfortable. I am in the 250+ crowd. The pros are the ability to hold a charge for a long time. Reasonable size and weight for transport. Initial price. The cons are stability (for me) and the initial surge from stop. Throttle lever placement and method.

Great e scooter! Very stable and comfortable, the 3 power modes are tuned beautifully! The tires and suspension are great, and the overall build quality is very solid! I love riding this thing and definitely recommend getting one, absolutely 10 out of 10 cannot recommend more especially with the great communication and customer service! I did have one issue where the scooter was cutting out randomly and giving an e-11 error code before going back to normal, and I reached out and customer support was absolutely fantastic, I can not say enough good things about this company, they really took the time to make sure we got to the bottom of why that was happening and how to fix it. So they figured out it was possibly the controller was bad, and a week later a new controller arrived at my house at no cost. I put the new controller in and it did fix it. So again, I recommend this e scooter and this company! 12 out of 10 A+++!

The scooter is great. We got this for our son, whose friend had one that went 21 MPH and he wanted the next step up. We were deciding between the brand his friend had but the next step up or this one. We got this one because it was faster and the battery was supposed to last longer. It is definitely faster, but they all go riding almost every day, and while his friends scooters will go from 5 bars to 4 or 3, his goes to 2 and then just dies in about the same time. He even kept it in 2nd gear the whole time one day and it still died way before everyone else's. The battery life is so bad he said he would rather get the slower one. So now we have to deal with the whole return process for a huge item that weighs a ton. Other than battery life, it's awesome. I love riding it. Come to think of it, I might keep it for myself.

I never gave a 1 star review before and this is not for Amazon or the people that shipped this. This company did wrong. The person that put this scooter together must have known that the steering was WAY to tight! My old scooter has over 200 miles on it and at 20mph is way more stable then this one at only 10mph. I tried some WD-40 on the bearing area and that did nothing. Right then I should have sent it back. But I did something dumb. I tried to take the plate on the front off to get at the bearings. But I can only get 2 of the 4 bolts off. Now I will be stuck with it. Not even going to reach out to them now. This was no oversight the person must have known that it was not right and sent it like that. This did not happen in shipping the box was fine. The lesson to get is .. If it dont come right send it right back.
