Update: It is Dec. 6th, they received the return of their Scooter on Nov. 22. due to the scooter failing to charge on the day it was delivered, they changed the refund issue date from the 30th of the same said Month to Dec. I don't believe Commugo is a legit business....I can not find anything on Google about this Company which raises Red Flags. for me...BUYER BEWARE!!!! Amazon needs to do better screening of these businesses or provide a better and more efficient way to refund a customer's money, I have been a long-time customer since 2009.....next, I will be taking legal action against both businesses if needed. this does not make sense. ... show more

Wires come broken, costumer service from commugo never answered my email and I was supposed to get a replacement that got lost in delivery and I wasted almost a whole month waiting on answers. Overall don’t buy it’s a waste of money and time!!!
