I work a lot & with summer & having more time off thought a scooter would be a great activity for my kids and I... I'm a big girl so support is very important lol read a helpful comment of a fellow plus size person & gave this scooter a try. Ordered 2 of these scooters. Out of the box one of the scooters had an issue with the brake caliper not being seated properly and therefore warped my rotor, which is easy and cheap to replace but shouldn’t have been an issue right out of the box. The other scooter I ordered had error E1 on the first ride a couple times but resetting the scooter solved that issue for now. Info on mile range and speed was also misleading, I only got 6 miles on my first ride and only could top out at 16 mph, even after using the app. All in all if you’re looking for a decent scooter for your kids or just to run small errands it’s pretty good but other than that I was a little disappointed in the product.
