Giving it 5 stars because it delivers well on what its designed to be. I think a lot of the negative reviews for the $200 model are based on unrealistic expectations. The scooter has a small motor with a small battery pack, so a range of 10-20 miles is pretty good for a device like this. Everything I'm about to say should be prefaced with the fact that I weigh about 200lbs. I found the speed reaches a maximum of 17mph, which is plenty for a frame like this, I honestly don't know why you would want it to go any faster, given the small wheel base and lighter frame. The suspension isn't the best on rough surfaces, but for the price and size, thats to be expected. On smooth surfaces like sidewalks, however, it handles well. Battery life is about what I expected. On a single charge, I was able to go about 10 miles before the battery dropped to below 50%, and that was while I was going 17mph for most of the ride. With a capacity like that, I think this makes for a pretty good commuter device, especially if you can ride it to work and charge it while you're there. The frame feels sturdy without being overly cumbersome, and its light enough to be carried in one hand All in all, I feel this was a good value for the price, and I would probably give the more expensive models from this manufacturer a shot.

I've had this scooter for about a month now, and it handles the scooter just fine whether it's going to the park, cruising around the neighborhood, or running quick errands. It comes pretty much preassembled with just a few small parts to install. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and I had it ready to ride in less than 15 minutes. The speed and acceleration are impressive. I consistently hit around 21-22 mph on flat surfaces, and acceleration was quick and smooth - no starting jolts. The dual suspension system also plays a big role. Bumps, cracks, and small curbs don't rock me like they did on my old scooter. That, combined with the 10-inch pneumatic tires, makes for a very comfortable ride.The biggest advantage for me is one of range. I average about 25 miles per charge, depending on voltage and how often I stop and start. That's more than enough for my range needs. Overnight charging is also easy, and the battery display is accurate. Great experience!

Fun for youngsters, quality is the problem. On our second outing it makes a ticking sound when turning. Note that my daughter (the sole user) is only 80 pounds. Modern design, portable and easy to carry. App works perfectly and seamlessly. A little rough on the hands due to lack of suspension. Battery lasts FOR EVER!

have rode 30 miles so far, seems awesome. stable, smooth ride, good battery life. great shocks and breaks. only complaint is the latch when it folds shut, it isnt super secure, has fallen open on my twice, once banging my knee on the way down pretty bad. i am 190 lb adult and it gets 22mph.

This is a fun scooter! It’s zippy, seems pretty well made, and has a really long range. I didn’t see other reviewers mention this, but I have no idea where this so called “dual suspension” is. If the manufacturer’s definition of dual suspension is having two rubber tires, then yes, I guess it’s dual suspension. But, if I’m a normal person with a normal vocabulary, this item has zero suspension. You will certainly feel every crack, pothole, or pebble on the road. I like the folding and locking feature, although if there is even 1mm of difference when you assemble it, it can be pretty tricky to get this scooter to lock properly. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. It’s not the cheapest or most expensive out there, but it’s rough, fast, and fun!
