4/01/2025 The GT8 scooter arrived on time and in great condition. Packaging was very good. Setup was very easy with all of the required tools included in the packaging which is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to tighten everything down. It's a very nicely put together scooter. I have charged it and rode it briefly. Everything works as it should. I will be uploading a review video to my YouTube channel undergoing stress tests and operations as I plan on buying multiple units for my business if they prove to be reliable. ... show more

At first the scooter was great but after a year the back brake stopped working, when turning the handle the horn sounds it self non stop and lights turn on themselves. VERY DISAPPOINTING for the price we paid.

I’ve been using the OneCNA scooter for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. The ride quality is incredibly smooth, even on uneven surfaces, thanks to its well-designed suspension and sturdy build. Durability is another standout feature — it feels solid and reliable, with no creaks or wobbles, even after consistent daily use. Installation was a breeze. The setup process was intuitive, and everything fit perfectly right out of the box. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this scooter user-friendly, even for those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. If I had one suggestion, it would be for the mobile app. While it works, it could use some improvements in terms of interface design and overall functionality tailored specifically for this model. So I did write a previous review that was horrible but at that point it was well deserved but now fantastic company read the manual they will replace whatever is needed. I love the scooter and I love the guy that helped me with my replacement party. He also sent me a video Way to replace it so I don’t have to take it somewhere so I can do it myself fantastic company. After I get my new rear engine, which is gonna come in a whole tire he sent me assembly video. I’ll post pictures but fantastic. Thank you onecna!!!!!!! ... show more
